Good voice and good service. The problem is every time i place an order i always send me an email saying if it's a commercial audio etc ...
if one makes a commercial audio there is a category on purpose I understand it !! so delivery is always delayed and creates nervousness.

Many thanks for your feedback Alessandro. I think the confusion comes in understanding what a commercial is. Where you advertise a product as a company we class it as a commercial and hence ask for usage to determine correct pay to the voice talent. It can be online only or even in closed member groups etc - regardless, it would still be a commercial. I can see that there was some confusion over that as each time you have placed a commercial order via a non-commercial product. You can just ensure to leave us notes with usage on the order when you place it or simply place it under the commercial on the website to avoid any further issues - like we have explained on the email on a couple of occasions :) I hope this clarifies and as always please let us know if we can help with anything or make it easier for you. I will also make sure to follow up with an email to you now to help and clear this.

I've been using MRC since 2013!
I've been using MRC ince 2013 and I love it! Their delivery times are outstanding, the quality is amazing, and given the basic notes I leave they always somehow go above and beyond. Some of the best imaging and so much more.

Ordered a Voice and jingles package for our brand new podcast. Loved the quality of the packages delivered, how fast they delivered it (24-48 hours) and when I asked for a couple of revisions they had no problem doing it. Great experience all around will definitely keep using them.

Best jingles solution
I'm a DJ and I've been using their services for a couple of years and they always been professional delivering jingles and drops always at the level of my expectation and fast.
Once it happened I was not happy with the result and they have done everything to fix it.
I definitely always recommend Music Radio Creative to my DJ friends.

They ARE the best.
I have been dealing with them since 2019 and they have been the Absolute Best as far as Timely, Professional, Patient and Courteous. I own a radio station and don't have the time or energy to go round and round with people who "say" they are the best, when all they want to do is rip you off and take your cash. Music Radio Creative IS the best and WILL take very good care of you.

Well I must say that I am very happy with the files received and the quality. I will make use of M.R.C again in the near future.. I want only the best for my Radio Station and that is why Stereo1 IRS SA will only make use of M.R.C for all our Jingle's Etc...

Amazing Products and Customer Satisfaction Focus
I bought a production kit from Music Radio Creative back in 2015 and due to a hard drive issue, I lost the entire suite of production tools.
With the inevitable transformation of tech, MRC have updated their digital platforms and my purchase was no longer available.
After sending a brief mail explaining my situation and asking if I could still access the kit, my request has been resolved within the first couple of hours of the day.
