Not only its a big scam, they are cheaters. all the descriptions in the website are false.
It was a rip off!!

Attention site frauduleux se presentant comme le site officiel. Nous avons paye pour 3 (2 adultes et un enfant 277 euros contre 108 euros sur le site officiel).
Et pour finir nous avons du repayer 28 euros pour l'enfant billet manquant dans la commande. Aucune reponse a nos mails.

I recently purchased tickets for a tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel on 6th May, believing the site to be the official site of the museums - it is not. I was charged 458 Euros for tickets that cost 160 Euros, only discovering this when I downloaded them. To make matters worse, the Sistine Chapel - my main reason for booking - was closed on the day of our tour and despite requests, Walkers refused to provide any kind of refund or justify their exorbitant charge of 298 Euros. To avoid what happened to me happening to you, use the museum's website museivaticani.va instead.

E' un sito truffa, se acquistate i biglietti vi invieranno una mail che indica la prenotazione ma non vale come biglietto. Il biglietto dicono arriverà nei prossimi giorni ma non è mai arrivato. Non risponderanno alle mail e non risponderanno ai contatti whatsapp sul sito.

It’s a scam. You pay 80+€ for a “guided tour” we’re there are basically no guides, no privilege, no priority no nothing. You can have the same experience paying the normal tickets from Vatican website for 20€.

No refund possible, guess why.

Scam! Complete scam

Total rip-off. Used them for Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel via Museivaticanitickets (“By Walker“). Didn’t have much time, didn’t know my way around. They make use of that, I think. Paid 75 Euros for entry and audio guide. Entry is 25 euros (5 euros pre-sales fee), so 50 Euros for the audio guide. Inside the museum, you find they have audio guides for eight euros. Best thing: audio guide didn’t even work. Invalid link. Mailed them multiple times but they just ignored me after the first mail. Then I looked them up online. Too late unfortunately.

It's a scam. The ticket is not 75e per person but 20e. Also, in the receipt the amount paid is not correct,much lower. On the receipt, for tickets that should have been for 2 adults, seems there were 2 tickets PER PERSON. I don't understand how these websites can still have *Official* in their names, it's a fraud!!

It's a scam. Use official museum website to buy tickets.

IT IS A SCAM!!! Dont buy from these, they are scammers. We bought tickets for vaticana museums and St Peter Basilic. The first is way overpriced, they sent it but never sent the second one. It turns out St Peter basilic is free. There is 8 euro to climb dome, which should be in the ticket which never arrived.

This is not the oficial website...you can get tickets for the Vatican Museum but the price is 3 times the price of the oficial website. They pay google to place their link on the top results.
