Lisa has been absolutely fantastic in booking our family holiday. Making sure everything we had asked for was taken into account and making sure she was getting us the best price out there. I would thoroughly recommend booking through Murray Travel. Made an overwhelming process incredibly easy.

Very friendly staff, informative, efficient and at the end if phone/email if needed

We have booked many holidays and cruises through this wonderful travel company. Our local branch is Elgin and its usually Jacqui that helps me,but the whole team are so helpful and friendly,I would recommend them all.Nothing is too much trouble,Jacqui has helped me with last minute upgrades and requests which I'm so grateful for. I feel more safe booking through Murray Travel than booking online myself, just a bit more protection if things go wrong. We have our next holiday booked which Jamie helped me with and again she was so friendly and helpful. They even send a thankyou card for booking and a welcome home card, also a luggage tag with a number on it so if it gets lost they'll know who's it is. My hairdresser recommended Murray Travel to me a few years ago and I'm very glad she did.

Aimee went above and beyond organising an amazing and unforgettable trip to Disneyland Paris! I have been using Aimee to arrange our holidays now for a couple of years, and each time she makes the whole process, easy and stress free. Aimee takes onboard the budget, and requests and always provides an excellent service, even with my 101 questions! I would never go anywhere else to book my holidays!

Carla shows genuine interest in her clients. She is approachable, and easy to do business with. Communication is superb. Carla has a great knowledge of destinations and works hard to get every holiday right. Each holiday has been a great success.

Absolutely amazing holiday! this was our second holiday we have booked through Lyndsay and this time we went to Alanya in Turkey. We will definitely go back to her in the future.

Thanks for all your help.

Excellent Service. Staff are very knowledgeable, listened to my requirements and arranged a veey enjoyable holiday. Travel arrangements were smooth and the hotel was perfect for my requirements.

Definitely Tracy, she was so helpful at the booking and recommended the veranda sunset suite. It was excellent. Everything was taken care of for us, we had nothing to do regards holiday. The staff at Inverness store are all very helpful.
Thank you again Tracy and hopefully get another holiday booked.

Martha’s customer service was excellent. Nothing was a problem for her. Our experience at the Dutch Grand Prix was amazing. The hotel was superb and the transfers from and to the airport couldn’t have been better. We would highly recommend contacting her for any travel plans and we’d certainly use her services again. Thank you so much Martha.

We have had the pleasure of Tracy Ian being our Travel Consultant with her previous travel company and latterly with Murray Travel. Her understanding of our wishes for our chosen destinations cannot be faulted whether long haul (including tours) or european.

I had a fabulous break in the states enhanced by the ease of travel and organisation from Tracy Ian's team
Apart from a couple of very short delays everything went smoothly
I would have no hesitation in recommending Murray Travel for organisation of any trip
Thank you very much!!!!

Lisa was so helpful and patient and nothing was too much bother for her. She took her time to go through everything with us and has given us confidence that we’re going to have an amazing trip to Australia.

We first used Murray Travel a couple of years ago for a city break and we haven't looked back since. Lyndsay is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for her. She's friendly, professional and really knows her stuff. I particularly appreciate using a local company, and we loved our holiday in a wonderful, personally recommended hotel in Gran Canaria direct from Inverness earlier this year. I also very much appreciate the fabulous work they're doing to improve local travel options.

Kacie at Murray Travel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made booking our holiday to Iceland completely stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and put together an unforgettable trip that exceeded our expectations.

Every part of the holiday was perfectly organised and she gave us an easy to follow itinerary to keep us on track! We enjoyed horse riding through stunning volcanic landscapes and hot springs, an incredible whale-watching trip where we were lucky enough to see lots of whales, dolphins and puffins, a quad biking adventure through the rivers and mountains, and the freedom of having a hire car to explore Iceland’s spectacular scenery. One of the highlights was a drive to the breathtaking Háifoss waterfall from the final scenes of Stranger Things. Finally we spent a wonderfully relaxing day at the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa.

The hotel Kacie chose for us was excellent. It was perfectly located, just a two-minute walk from the centre of Reykjavík, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The breakfasts were superb, setting us up perfectly for each day’s adventures, the room was comfortable and the staff were always welcoming throughout our stay.

Kacie couldn’t have been any more helpful. She was always available to answer questions, offered great advice and recommendations, and made sure every detail was taken care of before we travelled. Her knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach gave us complete confidence throughout the whole process.

If you’re looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about creating unforgettable holidays, I couldn’t recommend Kacie and Murray Travel highly enough. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime! 🇮🇸

Booking my first solo holiday was rather daunting but Martha from Inverness Branch of Murray’s Travel was fantastic. She took time to provide me with different options, listened to my views and managed to suggest a holiday that ticked all the boxes. I flew from Inverness direct to Mallorca in June and had a fabulous time. I will be using Murray’s Travel to book my next holiday.

When we walk into the shop we feel it's like walking into a friend's house. We are always made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is always calm and reassuring. As we have medical needs, our requirements are always taken into consideration proactively, often without needing to remind anyone. Our holidays have always gone well, with nothing ever left to chance. Jen, in the Forres branch, is a pleasure to go in to see, and we know all our needs will be addressed. We always get a welcome home card after our holiday.

Top class professional customer service. Excellent advise, information and support provided by Susan who always makes sure all my holiday wishes and arrangements are taken care of. She always makes sure to keep in touch with any queries or updates both in preparation for my holiday and follow up after I return. Main reason for always choosing Murray Travel.

Alistair is the absolute best! I had never used a travel agent before but i would now ALWAYS go to Alistair. I have recommended to family and friends since. He is so helpful. He listened to what i wanted and gave really useful insights and knowledge to help me create a really lovely holiday. I was going on my first solo trip and i was scared! Alistair was kind, patient and thoughtful. Answering all questions comprehensively and promptly. He is a star. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you Alistair.

We have been using Murray Travel (Inverness) for several years and have found all of the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our most recent advisor, Susan Freeman, took all of our individual demands and requests in her stride and was willing to spend as much time as necessary in order to find the most suitable place and accommodation for us. This took a lot of the stress out of booking a trip.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kos, which was a new destination for me, but one which we will definitely return to.

We booked our mini moon this year as a super quick getaway! We had our heart set on Ibiza from the get go and I am a fussy traveller knowing exactly what I want and Laura Macpherson found us the perfect getaway. Our hotel was exactly as described and she has made sure our whole trip went without a glitch sorting everything for us. Even going above and beyond getting the hotel staff to drop us in bubbly as a wee surprise. Laura is a great asset to your team and will book again soon!
