First purchase from MURPHY. A positive experience.
First purchase from this vendor. I was looking for a length of high strength chain, with a sleeve cover. Found them via a search engine on the internet. Selection and purchase went very well. Shipping, packaging, and delivery: reasonable, securely packed, and expedient with good tracking. Much better than the typical Amazon experience. Cost of items very good and better than other vendors. Their system allowed me to get exactly what I wanted. Technical details of items on website very helpful in selection process. Overall, well done.

An Outstanding Experience
Purchasing from Murphy was a GREAT experience. They helped me on the phone with accurate answers. Products were shipped extremely quickly and they even cut and installed the protective sleeves.
This is a great company to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Murphy Industrial Products. I know you will be happy with their service.

Small order, but treated as a valued customer.
My parts were sent within a day or two of my ordering. When the package arrived, the parts were in the package (they apparently broke through the packaging). A phone call later, a second shipment was on its way and packaged so it could not break out of the package. I only ordered 2 small hooks, but was treated as a valued customer.

Stainless steel shackles were exactly as advertised. Great quality and finish. I needed the finish smooth because I use rope winch cable. Shipping was timely.
Thanks for the great service…..Jim Hughes

They shipped very quickly
They shipped very quickly, unfortunately I received Hemp rope instead of Nylon. 1 quick email and my nylon rope was on it's way along with a shipping label to return the hemp rope. They even checked in with me to make sure I received the nylon rope and the return label, small error but excellent recovery!

Service is very good
Service is very good. When the part I ordered did not arrive after it was shipped, they shipped a second part that arrived in two days. Customer service did an outstanding job of correcting the problem when it was not their fault to start .
