First experience at the Bradford branch and can safely say I will be returning! Such a child friendly restaurant, food was amazing had a variety of spicy and mild for the children they catered to all. Our waiter Andrew was extremely helpful and got our order spot on. Provided excellent customer service and friendly! Defo come back again

Absolutely disgusting customer service sent food wrong address then send the same food back out what turned up was cardboard chips freezing cold pizza and burger then tell me in their own words it’s tuff ,then ask who think am talking to cos asked for fresh food or a refund disgusting attitude awful food last time ever will I order from these rude people

Not user friendly for elderly people with walking difficulties or in a wheel chair floor level is every four or five meters either two or three steps down or up.
A restaurant which values shisha customer more then customer who come into eat and want to pray, when its a prayer time to pray, wudu facility no hot water and where the prayer room is located, its an insult to people those who want to pray.
Food quality average, not the quality i made the 123 mile journey for just to eat there.
Value for money certainly not
Its not about money its what they provide for the money they charge I am not pleased at all.
I would have been probably better of with fish and chips locally instead of going there just to eat.

Didnt enjoy the food as much as before. We came to Bradford for a visit from London.
We used to come here quite often back in the days. The standards have definitely dropped and prices have gone up.
The service was not very pleasant, right from the entrance we were ignored for several minutes, then told to wait, then even when given a table, We requested a corner table as we have kids but this was abruptly rejected, depite the restaurant being only about 30 % full.
We were advised by local friends to avoid mumtaz earlier, however we still kept our hopes up, i found them extremely rude, even to the children they weren't polite at all. Will definitely never ever be coming again!

My child asked for an extra hand wipe after the meal and they declined it saying sorry we need to go to the warehouse to get another one so come back tomorrow and we'll give it to you! What a cheek and a lie.. After spending 50 quid on a not so tasty meal and a 3rd class service the guy couldnt give a child a hand wipe!

Always get vip treatment when I attend here. I recommend this place to everyone 5stars

Excellent food, great day out for the family

Ordered three items ! supposed to be Linen !!!
Never received anything for over two months had to remind them - then received one item it was nylon and nothing like what was discribed on their web site ! had to email them about the second item and third time second item arrived two weeks later again nothing like the web site described ! Third item never arrived - beens asking for refund for over 5 months now nothing !!!! Keep getting the same message stating they will send me refund - Nothing to date !

Awesome staff, fun clothes and unique styles. I was not expecting to find such a cool shop. My girlfriend loves this online store. I've been shopping here a few times to gift her. What an awesome store and the clothes and jewelry there is so cute! They have unique pieces, pretty blouses and shirts, and I think cater to everyone

This store is GREAT. This is one of the most fashion-forward store. The selection is surprisingly big and they have a lot of small, unique brands.I found an amazing and unique wedding cloth among their great selection.They ordered and shipped the product to my address.

Cute clothes and very new and latest! They have the dresses for everyone in a pattern that love.. The cutest shop! They have very unique clothing right there. Gorgeous stuff! Will definitely be back for next shopping.

The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of the clothing. and the customer service here is top notch! This place is the BEST for cute, trendy. There are a few splurge-worthy items, but almost everything is priced at levels that we mortals can actually afford. their website make your shopping experience so enjoyable--attentive and friendly.

As far as this is my favorite shop, I'm an even bigger fan. The website is very easy to use. I really loved their selection, I found a great top for and all my friends each found a piece as well by my recommendation.

I love this dress, the fabric is so soft and feels luxurious on your skin, I will be ordering more in different colors. Very comfortable. Goes right above my knee. Fits perfectly. It looks great. Fit as expected, love this dress and it was perfect for the occasion
