I wanted to try different adaptogenic coffee and I'm sorry this taste horrible for me. I'll stick with Spacegoods love their chocolate flavour and yes great benefits from it.

Terrible taste, horrible customer service!

I purchased this because the commercial said how amazing this product tastes like chocolate meets chai. I am so disappointed. It tastes like flavored water that’s not chocolate meets chai. And of course, I was signed up for the AutoShip without realizing it as many companies are doing this if you don’t watch when you check out. Don’t waste your hard earned money!!

While I was kind of put off that ordering the "sample" pack necessitated consenting to automatic re-order, I was assured (by reading what I was clicking on) that it would be easy to cancel/opt out of auto re-order. I didn't see it in my initial order confirmation (which was annoying, because the info on canceling SAID you can find a link on your order to do so), BUT I emailed them off of their website (using an actual email address), and the auto-response contained a link to manage the subscription. It was again annoying that you had to confirm cancel no less than 4 or 5 times, but I get it. They don't want to make it TOO easy.

As for the product. I filled a large mug 2/3 of water, nuked it for two minutes, and stirred in a heaping tablespoon (literal table spoon, not measuring spoon) and I thought the consistency/texture was great. The taste was good. I wanted to try it without the MCT oil, without butter, without my vanilla creamer - to see what it tastes like on its own, and it's good. I'm trying to replace a Starbucks Vanilla Doubleshot addiction, as well as a Black Rifle Coffee and 1/4 cup of vanilla creamer addiction.

I may re-sign-up for a subscription; I have the sample pack's-worth of days to figure that out.

First, I never signed up for a subscription (lucky for me I checked this and canceled). Second, I was unhappy with the flavor: who puts pepper and cloves and tumeric into a cacao/mushroom drink? yuck. But then what really bothered me was; the website shows 60K positive reviews but I don't see anyway to post one! Who are these people posting? Why can't I post one? I suspect it's MUCH MUCH lower!

Mud Wtr has been a really special experience for me. From the first cup, I noticed how it helped me focus and feel calmer throughout the day—way better than my usual coffee.

The frother is awesome, too! It’s so powerful and makes the perfect drink every time. I even use it for other beverages because it works so well.

If you’re after something that keeps you focused and calm without the coffee jitters, Mud Wtr is worth a try!

I really enjoy the flavor - reducing caffeine intake was important for me but I wanted to maintain my morning ritual. Customer service was great and helped me delay my subscription when I had too much on hand.

1 month in. If you know what you're expecting to recieve then the star rating shouldn't be low.

On the product screen you choose "1 time purchase, or subscription" so this clears that issue with other reviews.

With taste, it is a bit gritty at the end, which they do not shy away from in their description as "mud water", mushrooms and spices dont dissolve so its expected, and it tastes like masala chai. I add 1xsugar, and a good amount of milk to aim closer to a "chai latte".

I enjoy it and find it quite addictive. I dont have to force myself to drink it and look forward to it.

I'm currently waiting for a customer service reply, so we'll see how that goes.

Ordered a starter pack with the milk frother. Taste wasn’t bad but didn’t realise the product was majority cacao so cancelled subscription. Got notification in March that my order was on the way and was charged. Emailed saying I cancelled my subscription and asked them to cancel my account immediately. They said I could refuse delivery but can’t get a refund as the order is on the way. I said I had cancelled and was abroad so couldn’t refuse delivery (live in a shared complex). Come June, I get ANOTHER charge to my bank account with email saying my order is on the way!!!!!! Even though I asked them to delete my account (I couldn’t do it online myself the link wasn’t working in March).
Got my bank on the case but luckily Mdwtr refunded me when showing my previous emails

Product tastes ok but expensive for what it is and an absolutely scammy broken ordering process with abysmal customer service

I think MudWtr must have read their negative reviews and changed their Customer Service SOPs.

I'm a customer and fan of the product. I just had two issues with them.

1. A broken mud whip
2. A screw up with my subscription

They solved both issues lightning fast!

I was initially hesitant to try MUD\WTR, despite hearing positive feedback from a few people who had good results. I suffer from anxiety, brain fog, and high stress, which worsened after my concussion a few months ago. I used to love my coffee, typically drinking 2-3 cups a day, but recently, it became too much for me to handle.

Switching to MUD\WTR has transformed my morning routine. I've noticed a significant reduction in my stress levels and almost zero anxiety symptoms. Remarkably, my concussion symptoms have also disappeared. Now, I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee per week. MUD\WTR has truly made a positive difference in my life.

I am greatly disappointed with how mud/wtr handled a return request due to having to avoid caffeine. Being unable to return the product due to health reasons is incredibly inconvenient. It's disheartening when companies fail to consider unexpected health issues and lack flexibility and understanding in their policies. Hopefully this will prompt mud/wtr to reevaluate their approach to customer care.

They signed to up for reoccurring and I NEVER opted for that. You cannot get in touch with them. Worst customer service EVER!!!

It was okay but sludge at the bottom of the cup. The thing that bothers me is I was sent a second container. I wasn't aware I signed up for that, seems shady to me, and return policy is weird. We don't have a printer at this time so how do I print out their return . Not for me

Oh boy… how unfortunate. I came here because I’ve had the same customer service experience as others I can see and hoped it was an oversight. I loved the concept I even plastered it all over my own social media, fun and personal. Except when you need to talk to someone then you are completely ignored. As for the product… meh! Also had to add it to my coffee or blended with a date and sweetened plant milk. Feel like I fell for the pretentious idea and now I know the pretentiousness is real because the mere customer is a secondary thought. I would buy elsewhere from now on, let’s just hope my cancelled subscription is actually cancelled.

Very poor customer service.

My first can was fine but I experienced serious stomach issues with my second shipment of the product. When I complained to them about this, they said there was nothing they could do since it had been opened. Talk about customer NO SERVICE.

They even went so far as to tell me to just give it to a friend. They seriously want me to give something that is tainted and made me so sick I almost had to go to the hospital to a friend??

My tolerance to funky tasting stuff is quite high, but this is soooo rubbish even for my very capacious taste. Truly tastes like bland mud water, so lives up to its name. I ended up mixing it into my coffee, as I hope these mushrooms will give me some benefit.

I did expected it to taste different, it mushrooms. I use the coconut creamer and steam some milk in it. Yes if it sits long the ingredients sink, but I found it to be calming and enjoyable as a latte drink. I am new to the drink and I drink a lot of coffee all day. I do like replacing my coffee with this drink and I think I am sleeping better already by replacing some of my coffee drinks with this drink. I noticed the improvement with sleep pretty quickly - within days of replacing my later in the day coffee with this drink. It is mud water, it is a great name for it:) I do not find the texture annoying. I do like the flavor with the creamer. I plan o trying the Matcha next. I am overall happy and extremely happy to see the improved sleep by switching out a coffee or 2:)

I've been addicted to coffee for 25 years and it has not done my hormones any favors (estrogen dominance, adrenal fatigue, high cortisol, poor sleep). I decided to find a sub for my morning brew and dove into muddy water about 3 weeks ago. Although it does not even remotely taste like coffee, I actually like it's earthy taste. I mix it with beef collagen, a tsp of MCT and an extra dash of cinnamon. Problem is, now I'm addicted to this stuff and I'm wondering what did they REALLY put in it?!!!! The positives, no more hot flashes, night sweats (I'm 52 and had just started experiencing these lovely symptoms of the closing of the baby factory for about a month). I'm sleeping better than I have in a long time, having vivid dreams (what else would you expect from shrooms!!) and far fewer horrible headaches! My only real complaint is the cost, it's ridiculous, but for now it's my go to to get me through my day.

This drink is unpalatable. It really does taste like mud water. I tried it with several different kinds of milks and sweeteners and it all tastes dreadful. I asked for a refund. They said no. I’ve thrown it away. Horrible stuff.
