I’m really enjoying MUD/WTR. It took me a minute to find my perfect recipe. I’m enjoying my one cup of latte like MUD/WTR with monk fruit sweetener. I’ve read some people notice gritty bits at the bottom of the cup. I do as well but I just don’t consume that part. No biggie. My only issue is the dang container is a pain to open.

One star for subscription/cancellation policy. Of the four products I've bought from them, three come with subscriptions. they've sent me a second product with out me expecting it. When you go on their website their instructions for cancellation don't line up with their actual webpage. I end up having to contact them to cancel a subscrption

There was plenty of confusion about my order. I attempted to cancel the order after my card was charged but I didn't receive a confirmation. When I asked for the order to be cancelled by email (they will not take calls), I got the runaround from MUD\WTR and they still shipped even though I cancelled in plenty of time. Marketing galore...several emails a day...after requesting they stop. And now they are trying to charge me $40/month for a subscription they refuse to cancel.

I would give them a ZERO star but not an option...

This is a great product for people who do not like to consume high amounts of caffeine in the morning. The mushroom blend really works. The only people giving this a bad review don’t know how to make it right.

MudWtr has been great for me. I add it, along with vegan protein, to my coffee every morning, and I’ve found that I stay fuller longer, my stomach is not as quirky, and my overall constitution just feels better. I have tried it in just plain Jane unsweetened pea milk, and it’s very earthy. I much prefer to mix it with my coffee, but I wouldn’t say it was nasty in milk. It might be a little ick in water. 😂 So probably not for everyone, but it does mix pretty decent with the frother that came with the starter kit. However, I find it blends better with my nutribullet. I recommend it to everyone.

Personally, I love the traditional mud/wtr. But the review is for the experience on the site. I recently made a purchase and accidentally set it up as a subscription. I realized my error a few days later and went back onto the site. At first I struggled to find where the cancel subscription was, but then realized it was user error. I cancelled, they were very cool about it and offered me future discounts. The big thing for me is that I got one of my items at a discounted price BECAUSE I accidentally signed up for a subscription. And they didn't ask for me to pay back the amount I should have. It's a small thing, but I appreciated that.

A good friend of mine highly recommended this product. I was very excited to receive it. There was a mix up on the order and when I contacted them to clarify that's when everything started going downhill. The way they choose to communicate makes one feel as if they are dealing with an AI automated response. If it is a live person then the way they are trained leaves a lot to be desired. I received the product and like the taste very much, but the way they do business and their integrity level or LACK thereof leaves a sour taste. To thank a customer for bringing something to their attention so they can learn for "future" customers, but not doing anything but apologize when they drop the ball multiple times over conversations and not take any initiative to save a current customer, speaks volumes. This is not a company I want to give my money to, not when there are so many other similar products on the market.

I love the taste of the different flavored MUD/WTR products and the website is so easy to use. Renewing and cancelling subscriptions only take a couple clicks and it's done.

While I have not replaced my morning coffee with theirs, I have added their evening “Rest” to my nighttime routine and I definitely can tell that it helps me get sleepy and once asleep, sleep soundly! While it doesn’t taste great, I’ve been experimenting with various add-ins of honey, cocoa, frothed soy milk and their coconut creamer and have personalized the taste to my liking. I really look forward to it. I’m also loving the chocolate protein powder which is slightly chalky like any good protein powder but its ingredients are the best on the market that I’ve found. I’ll be trying their other products eventually!

The mudwtr website is very slow and difficult to use. The information is not clear and the checkout experience is annoying.

Listed in order of bad to worse:
1) Their product tastes bad. I didn't like it.
2) All of the reviews on their website are fake. It's impossible to get 60,000 product reviews period. The fact that they are almost all 5-star and sound like they were written by AI just makes it even more obvious.
3) All of the ridiculous health claims that they make are false. I tried MUD\WTR without looking into it, and I was surprised that I didn't experience any of the benefits. Afterwards, I decided to look up some of the claims that they make in their ads. Every single advertisement is full of so many blatant lies and misrepresentations. If this was a drug commercial, it would be straight up illegal. However, they labeled it as a dietary product, so they are allowed to say whatever they want with zero regulation. I spoke to a friend of mine who is a doctor with a master's degree in nutrition. He confirmed my suspicions about their false advertising, and he pointed out even more lies that I hadn't noticed. This company is pure scum who sells an overpriced products by lying to people.

Drinking mud water every day has made me feel alert to my surroundings and I feel like my immunity is built stronger against getting sick and I look forward to a cup of it every morning.

It took me a long time to decide to try this. All the reviews and testimonies finally convinced me. I am so glad I did. Felt immediate results within the first week. As a coffee junkie for more years than I can count, I now am free. I have clarity, energy, no afternoon slump or brain fog. If only I had not let the name of this keep me away for so long. I highly recommend giving this a try, you will not be disappointed.

I did not care for the texture of this product, it is very chalky and doesn't fully dissolve. I didn't like the residual sludge at the bottom. Gross. I tried to cancel my subscription for which and PayPal charged me 14.95. I was then charged for another month. I tried to call but the number simply refers you to "leave a note," and gives you the link. I originally rated this experience a 3 but dropped it to a 2 when I couldn't reach anyone by phone.

The owner of this company is absolutely horrible. I see similar reviews here with the same problem. I buy a product and it’s an automatic subscription after I got my second refill I canceled and three months later. I got an email in my trash and it said my order is gonna be filled in a few days. So I re-cancel again and get a weird video that popped up and confirmation and all this disappeared. So now I had to cancel my credit card deal with the Fraud team and have no proof that I canceled this because the emails and confirmation just disappeared so if you cancel the subscription, make sure you take a screenshot.Then a week later, I got another bag and $100 knocked out of my account. This is another American con artist stay the hell away from mud water.

I am so happy with this product! It is part of my every morning. The Original Mudwtr satisfies my need for a little caffeine .
I don't need to drink an entire pot of coffee. It is tasty and easy to make.
Their "Rest" formula has improved my sleep so much, I make it every night.

I normally drink the Original Cacao blend on a daily basis. It’s been 3 great years of tasty, focused, delicious mornings. Every now and then I need a little more and have been mixing a coffee cup with my Cacao blend. The Matcha blend has just enough caffeine that I don’t need to blend coffee anymore. And unlike coffee, I’m able to sleep at night. I can get laser focused on work. I blend it with a little coconut milk, honey, and it’s soooooo good! Love it!

With all the junk that's out there these days, MUD/WTR ORIGINAL is the best, and my favorite morning go to brew. I love the ingredients, and once you try it, you'll love it as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who is concerned about their health.
