Be careful renting from them
Viewed a property the agent knocked on the door waited a few seconds then let herself in. The tenant was actually in just not given enough time to answer the door. The tenant said she wasn't aware of a viewing. We noticed dogs barking in the next door flat and the strong smell of weed coming out of the flat next door. Agent says the dogs shouldn't be here and we are trying to get them out. I think the dogs are the least of your problems with the strong smell of weed. The agent came across as very rude.

Worse company ever
Worse company ever. Do not rent from this company. They do not care about their tenants, the only thing they care about is their money. They do not fix anything and they let you move in.spider webs and bugs everywhere and customers service is very poor.

Perfect accommodation
Perfect accommodation for a trip to Cambridge for our son’s graduation. Number 4 Midhurst Close is modern, clean, well furnished and equipped. Everything you need is provided. Lovely bed linen and towels.
The property is easy to access with a key safe.
The host was easy to contact and responded promptly to any questions
All in all a fabulous experience.

Have rented with Matthew for ten months…
Have rented with Matthew for ten months now. Whole process made very very easy. Responsive at all times and was happy to take a flexible approach to start/end dates. Highly recommend.

Great and helpful
As a tenant, everything was great and extremely helpful. They were efficient and quick to respond to any questions and enquiries. Everything was super easy and manageable with no added stress and nothing that made it complicated.

Matthew was brilliant , had a great experience with MT Property .It was my first time renting as well as moving to a different country and everything went through smoothly and was completed quickly.
Matt was very helpful, informative, and happy to answer any questions even took extra time to keep me updated, check in, and make sure I had a good understanding of everything. The communication between was brilliant and I had felt really looked after.
Sam had done my viewing for the property and he was so welcoming kind and informative . Beautiful property with adequate price which is a rarity nowadays
Highly recommend to anyone.
