The company remembered me as a past valued customer, through the representative who worked for me created an experience where I was made to feel valued, nothing was to much to help me get what I wanted, the key was the old customer service, the personal approach which is lacking significantly in society today, George was sensational, following up, ensuring all that could be done was done, George made the experience pleasurable with no stress, my recommendations firstly would be to clone George, values and principles are what defines us, MTF have all of those.
