If I could rate this company with no stars I would. I received my item on 07/08 and found the quality of the item was poor and did not fit right. I have been going back and forth with this company since 07/17 for a refund. I followed the return policy procedures for a refund of $49.99 and was sent an email on 08/27, telling me my $15 credit would expire in 48 hours. SERIOUSLY!! Like I would ever make another purchase with them after this experience. I sent a response demanding my full refund and I am waiting for a response. Never again.

I am still waiting for this company to either refund my money or send me a similar item to the one I paid for and never received! After seeing all the negative reviews on this "company", I wish I had seen them BEFORE I ordered anything! I'm so disappointed and am wondering if this is really a legitimate company?

Do not order from this site. Sizing is way off. Tried to return it for a smaller size, and the address they gave me to return was wrong and the item came back to me. I reordered the smaller size before the I caught on, and what showed up was not the item I ordered. It was an item that is shown on the site for half the price. I now have 2 shirts and am out postage and $200. And have 2 shirts I can’t wear.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the most useless site I have ever seen. I never got my order. They sent 1 little item and I did t even order that. I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of things and NEVER received any of it. They keep putting me off and from what I’m reading on this site they are doing the same thing to everyone that orders from the Big Lots sale. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE It is a SCAM.

Has anyone actually received an order from this place?
How did you get merchandise or money back?
I placed a large order. Their website shows it was sent and provided a tracking number. I received a 3 ounce package that was of my order. Emails from them said they would check. A week later they wanted proof of what I received. Again apologies for shipment mistake and delay and would send correct order or give me a 50% discount refund. Got no answer about that question their error half refund? Emailed back and forth for 4 weeks. I tried to login in with my order info and status was that account does not exist. I created a new account and that information was accepted but no reference with my order number. Status order does not exist.
Now without placing an order I am unable to contact site or company.

I never received my order. I have called and emailed and tried to chat with customer service and I have not received any response. I have had to dispute this order with my bank.
Worst customer service. Do not trust this company.

The only thing that was right was the pattern. IT DID NOT FIT LIKE WHAT THEY advertised ... see through not thick enough which was not shown in the picture. It was late getting to my house the event that I wanted it for. I had to buy something different. When I tried to send it back it was 2 months late getting it so they refuse to refund my money or anything they sent it back to me. It got here quicker them sending it back to me than me ordering it. I literally just received the package today. It's a waste of money and nothing's right.

It was a bad experience, buying items from your store. The dresses was too big for me and I never received(label) anything to return them back to get my money back.

I never received the product. I think it may have been sent to the name and address on the credit card I used to complete the purchase, not to my home mailing address, which is different.

Complete scam company, do NOT buy from them! They "returned" the item I bought, telling me to keep the item, and then gave me a "gift card code"- which NEVER worked and they would not respond.

I bought a sweater January 19th and here it is February 4th and I still haven’t gotten and I messaged them multiple times and they won’t respond! And when I try to track it says not been filled yet😡BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for 4 items totaling $139.00 on 1/14/25. The following day I sent an email to request sizing changes for 2 of the items. Customer support, if you can call it that, replied to my email and indicated that sense the order wasn’t in fulfillment, changes could be made. Customer support then sent an email requesting that I verify the size changes, which I did, and asked for confirmation. Didn’t hear anything back. Have sent multiple emails about the status of my order, which has not even been fulfilled, much less shipped. Whenever I receive a reply, it always comes so quickly with a computerized message that is vague at best. According to their shipping policies, I should have received my order by now. It has been 2 weeks, and it is still in the order confirmed status. Email replies always indicate that my concerns will be forwarded to the team, whom ever this may be. I so wish I had read customer reviews before ordering from this scam operation. Their ads on Pinterest show pictures of popular boutique brands that I am familiar with, but I’ve come to understand that these items are nothing but a hoax to entice people to order from them. I’m turning this over to my bank to try to receive a refund of my money. I asked the seller to cancel my order and refund my money. However, “the team” hasn’t gotten back to me. As I see it, I just threw $149.00 in the trash.

I sent the following email to the company on 2/16/2025:

On 2/3/2025, I received a email from you stating that my order should have already been delivered, and you requested my feedback on an attached questionnaire. When I checked on this order status online, I saw that the order had only just arrived at the main shipping hub in China. Earlier, I had attempted calling you numerous times, but the calls go directly to voicemail.

Twelve days later, on 2/15/2025, the package arrived to my address. When I opened it, I was extremely displeased. The black pants that were the main thing I was interested in, were quite obviously a size for a small child! The second item I was hoping to wear was a pink pullover top. The one that I received was an unusual green color, and it was huge! The teal blue lace blouse received was the material of lingerie pajamas, not suitable for wearing in public. The striped pullover sweater was no where near the pretty colors that were featured on your website. Lastly, for some reason I received an item that I didn’t order, but would never wear, a short sleeve v-neck pullover sweater in a cream color.

I will not be wearing any of these clothes. They were not anything near like the pictures I saw online that resemble reputable boutique clothing brands that I am familiar with.
I do not want to make any exchanges. As I told you earlier, I wish for a full refund of my purchase. I am not going to pay shipping to return unacceptable merchandise, and surely wouldn’t send it overseas. If you send me a voucher for free shipping, I will mail the clothes back to you. If not, I will have no choice but to donate them to charity.

I will wait to hear from you about a free shipping voucher. Thank you.

Don't even deserve 1 star! Ordered a dress came in wrong size and dress. Sent 10 emails and all I get is they will turn my request to the team . This bussiness needs to be banned from selling in the states. Can't wait for Trump to push these people out of our country!!!!
