Terrible delivery times, it has taken 2.5 weeks since buying the item and it still hasn’t been shipped to NZ! When contacted them I was told I need to wait for at least 15+ business days. And if it’s not there by over 4 weeks to then try again.
When brought stuff from Europe in NZ it was delivered within the week, let alone from Aus and over two weeks and hasn’t even been SHIPPED!!!! Will never buy again with their long delivery and courier times

It is impossible for a company these days to be constantly let down because of their poor choice when it comes to selecting the couriers to deliver their goods. One can argue that it is not Mr Simple's fault, but IT IS, because you just need to read how many negative experiences your ciustomers have with Couriers Please to understand that when a customer pays for delivery, they actually need the item to be delivered promptly and with no issues. If the delivery was free, then whatever, but we pay for it. So, why just not use Australian Post instead of this company? Very very bad experience.

Products are good, they desperately need to change their couriers though. They make you pick it up from a collection centre hours away.
