Abysmal! Rang 3 times and emailed (still no response from that) as they didn’t collect the skip when asked to. The driver that was dropping the new skip off had to take it even though it should have been collected 3 days prior so the two stars are for him for being a massive help. Mr Rubble is owned by Panda like many other skip companies these days. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is dreadful and they clearly have no idea what they are doing

Avoid this company at all costs, totally useless and left me out of pocket. They don’t collect when asked to and just fob people off with lame excuses. The “Customer Service” team should be sacked as they are all stealing a wage. Sheffield has loads of reputable skip hire companies, this is not one of them.

ordered a skip online with a small request to leave the garage door clear. Arrived bang on time. Easy online ordering and collection system and the staff if you call are really freindly and helpful

Unfortunately, after a very good start - timely delivery by very helpful and cooperative driver - things have gone downhill. Skip was required to aid us clearing our house before moving out on 21/8/2024. It was delivered on Thurs 15/8/2024 and we were told it would be picked up the following Thursday, just after completion. To be sure, I called asking for the pick up on the 20th and 21st, each time I was assured it would be taken. This continued with me calling again on 22nd and again 28th, 29th and 30th, with similar assurances being given. The skip is still there fully 9 days after it was due to be removed, blocking the entrance to the garage so that the new occupants cannot get access, to our acute embarrassment . Have tried calling several times today but no is picking up. This is really bad service.

We’ve used Mr Rubble twice now. Both times we’ve had helpful and friendly advice on the phone, the skip arrived at the time requested and the full skip was collected promptly. Excellent service. We would definitely recommend Mr Rubble.

The driver arrived while we where out walking the dog but he rang us and
Waited for us to return home and was very understanding and helpful
Overall a very good service

Used Mr Rubble a few times now alway been a pleasure using them, friendly service does what it says on the skip. 10/10 Mr Rubble.x
