Intelligent and human customer service support made a difficult delivery simple even though we were out of the country. Well done to all involved

Mr Muck’s Garden Supplies is an established family business now spanning over 3 generations of the Blair family, Which has been supplying high-quality manure, composts, and soil improvers since we established in 1996. We have grown since our early days and now have distribution centers in Yorkshire, the Midlands and Lancashire but our business still offers the same quality products and a high level of customer service with many happy repeat customers. Love the product and the service at the company but delivery was awful. Very grumpy delivery driver complaining about our large drive as it is shale and even refused to drop the pallet on grass!!

Didn’t get off to a great start…
Didn’t get off to a great start initially, with a wait time of 10 days before delivery, split bags of compost and missing item from my order, they quickly refunded me and sent me two free bags of manure to compensate for the contents lost. The organic manure compost was good quality and did not smell!! Despite the initial hurdles I would order from these guys again.

Good product, poor delivery.
Mr Muck did very well, the delivery was not so good.
The pallet arrived in bad shape and two bags short.
I’ve emailed Mr Muck about this but received no reply.
I’ll still use Mr Muck as the product is excellent.
Update.
Mr Muck have now been in contact and the missing bags are being sent.

We have been a regular annual customer…
We have been a regular annual customer for many years. This year’s pallet of 40 bags is not the usual “black gold” looks much lighter and more like woodchips than rotted manure. Very disappointing and probably wont order next year. Can supply compariso photos because we still have one of last year’s bags.
