Mr Brown's Exclusive 

Terrible service i placed my order on the 12th of december hoping for xmas delivery i didn’t hear anything from them until i messaged a week later to see where my sons trainers were upon reviewing me email i was told that they are a small outlet and very busy this time of the year and will send out the trainers later that day,these were my sons main xmas present and not cheap either we don’t have much money so it was important that these arrived in time for xmas well i have had no tracking information since the 19th of december all i have is a update that a label has been created so right up until xmas eve i am waiting and calling the royal mail they can’t help i have emailed me browns on numerous occasions and had no reply since the 19th of december it is not january the 1st and still had no reply to me emails and yes you guessed it the trainers still haven’t turned up i have a very upset son now as he has missed out on his main present i am not happy at all even if your a small business which my business is as well you should always reply to your clients this is a terrible service and i still don’t know when the trainers will arrive. Won’t be using ever again

Rare items delivered quickly! I was able to source an item from Mr Brown’s Exclusive for my daughter which was sold out everywhere. It arrived within the timeframe on my order confirmation email. Great service!

I was a bit frustrated due to lack of response as no acknowledgement received for order however have now been sent a lovely message via WhatsApp so if I receive item as promised I’ll amend to 4* (one star lost due to no email acknowledging order & delivery). Update: item received, perfect. Thank you. Just wish I could have tracked order to stop panic near Xmas.

I ordered a tshirt for my son's Christmas, had no confirmation email. I got in touch and asked when it would arrive. They said the end of week, I asked for tracking and they completely ignored all of my emails from then on! Luckily I paid by clearpay so I was able to query it and get a refund! Stay clear from this company.

After trying various ways to order an Omega Swatch watch for my husband which , we were told u could only buy “in store”we came across Mr Brown’s Exclusive. It was showing the exact watch we were after, the same price with only 1 left in stock . I was a bit sceptical, I’d never heard of the company & it was a lot of money to lose if it didn’t show up but I bought it anyway .
I was delighted when the watch got delivered , in a lovely gift box without a long wait . Would definitely use Mr Brown’s Exclusive again.

Everything was excellent from ordering trainers to receiving them

Beware all! I am currently getting messed around something terrible from this company. I am still not sure if I’m being scammed in truth. The other trust pilot comments suggest they are legit which makes me feel a little better but still don’t have my goods. Waited an age for dispatch and only got the items dispatched and associated confirmation after contacting them by mail. Was then sent tracking for royal 24 service and that was a couple of days ago. Tracking says it is still somewhere in a E7 postcode with no note since the 5/11. This is an expensive order and the service is terrible. If you can buy your goods elsewhere then do yourself a favour and ensure you do. So disappointing!

Update 7/11- It turns out the Mr Browns team then contact you when they get a complaint and challenge your query with a load of inaccurate BS and reasons as to why it’s not their fault. Some customer advocacy training might not go a miss on some there. Still don’t have my goods by the way. Let’s hope they turn up and in good condition 🤞I dread the thought of having to manage a return with these guys 🙈🙈

Ordered next day delivery late at night they kept in touch the next morning to advise of packaging dispatch and tracking even taking the time to leave voice notes advising me of updates
