MPN installed my livin room in October 2018. So I’ve had it for over a year now. The team of of workers were courteous & efficient. The underfloor heating is excellent & I use this wonderful light space all year. I spend so much time out here it the best room in the house. Wouldn’t be without it.

Have had patio doors and a composite door fitted by MPN. Excellent service from start to finish. Had one very minor problem with patio door handle but the after sales service was also prompt and the problem rectified with no question. All in all, a very professional and trustworthy company - would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish. 3 visits to my home in all, initial sales who quoted me there and then within 5 minutes. Once we decided to progress but with small changes we had a technical sales appointment, he went through every detail with us and gave us an install date (3 weeks). Installation was flawless, great attention to detail with internal trim and the sealant applied. I would highly recommend MPN, they were not pushy at all, was very much up to me to pull the trigger and the install was top notch. Will use again.

Met with rizwan out of work hours on his break. Consulted my needs with him, he gave me an insight on what i was looking for and how to go about things. Looking forward to being a customer with MPN windows.

Fantastic service from MPN - from getting the quote for the work, to the installation, it was all very easy and professional. The work was done to a high standard with no fuss. The work was clean, and all mess was removed without any fuss. I would highly recommend.

we had a breakin and called mpn out, they were very good secured the door, and replace following day,as they had to order.

We had problems with the original door, it didn't lock properly and there were scratches. They came out to paint the scratches and try and fix the lock. I wasn't happy as you could see where it had been 'touched up'. I requested a new door which they agreed with no problem at all. It has now been fitted and locks properly. I think doors should be checked for marks before being fitted as you expect for the door to be in prestine condition in the 1st place.

New composite front door fitted - both fitters were excellent : professional, personable, knowledgeable and cleaned up !

Can not fault the service given by MPN from start to finish it was easy. From the office staff to the fitters and Paul and Mel the owners just amazing. Will definitely be back when I decide to have a conservatory. But for now love my new windows and quality composite door.

I had the back windows of my bungalow fitted by mpn windows a few years ago and was very pleased at the time and decided recently to ring them up for a quotation for the front windows ,i am very pleased to say that the price and quality of the windows they have just fitted are extremely good and i wont hesitate to contact mpn windows if in the future i need anymore work done.
