Extremely disappointed -- that's how I would describe my experience with Mpix, except that this would be an understatement. Of the 13 photos I sent to be printed as calendars I'd planned to give as Christmas gifts, one came out well, one passably, and the rest poorly. These were indistinct, sometimes to the point of being blurry, and in some cases with inaccurate colors. When I brought this to the company's attention, they put me in touch with a printing technician who proceeded to berate me for sending defective files. I don't believe for a second that there was anything wrong with the files; but even if there were, blaming the client is never a prescription for good customer relations. I'll never use Mpix again!

Good service to use and great prices. I ordered 4x4 prints on metallic paper and they came out just gorgeous. My only complaint is that they don't have tiny sizes or odd custom sizes (which is what I ended up using Oddprints for) but otherwise, the quality on their prints is really good.

My experience with MPIX has been very unpleasant. I was ordering a large 20x30 frame for my wedding. The first time I received my shipment, the entire frame was SHATTERED. They sent me a new one.. only to found out that this again was SHATTERED. They have some serious packing issues and are extremely unreliable. This was a time sensitive shipment as it was going to be displayed for my wedding. They should have corrected their issue the second time around to say the least. I will never order from MPIX again and I recommend you to do the same as well if you don't want to compromise your safety (for handing broken glass). This was a waste of my time

I use Mpix for my art business and every print is spectacular. The printing and the paper available is top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone. Truly exceptional!

Mpix delivers such amazing quality. A professional photographer recommend this Mpix to me, and now, I can see why professionals would use them. After several orders (books, mounted photos, prints) I remain impressed and am a loyal customer. Happy recommend to anyone.

I don’t understand how anyone could give this site anything less than 5 stars; the quality of my prints were astounding, and their customer service was even better. There was a mistake in my order (from MY end - I blame mom brain) and they were quick, professional, and most importantly KIND while helping me resolve the issue. Can not recommend this site enough!!!

I love the pictures I got from here! Just keep in mind the Giclee matte print IS matte and it can affect what your picture looks like(or what you were expecting)but i still love mine. Definitely coming back soon!

This is by far the best online photo company I have found! I wanted to make a photo book of my daughter’s wedding to send to my sister-in-law in Denmark for Christmas. I tried Snapfish, Shutterfly and Mixbook.. The first two were very difficult to use and I gave up. (I’m old). Mixbook was easier but even with paying extra for shipping it wouldn’t get here soon enough. Then my daughter told me about Mpix. Making the book could not have been easier!!! And their standard shipping got things here faster than others express shipping. The book was wonderful!! So well done! It was so easy and reasonably priced that I have made several more books. I highly recommend this company. Their prints are great too. They have gained a lifelong customer.

Good quality prints. I will get my regular prints from here from now on.
