The engineers turned up on time. Was very courteous, fast and efficient. Found the problem and had it sorted within a short time. I was very happy with the service and wou use again if needed.

Yesterday as arranged, Tony from MPH came to clear a blocked external drain. From start to succesful completion, he did a thoroughly professional job and demonstrated great skill and knowledge. Although nothing seemed to make sense to begin with, by trying different methods he eventually found the causes of the problem and left us with a clear running drain, sound advice for the remedial work which needs to be carried out and a clear and comprehensive job description. 5 star performance by Tony in every respect including explanations at all stages of the work. No hesitation in recommending MPH without any reservations whatsoever. Many thanks for the service!

Fast affordable service.
The team came out as soon as possible and fixed my parents blocked drain. Mick and Jim called ahead to let us know they were on route, safety first, they wore PPE and kept contact to a minimum. Did the job fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Called MPH to investigate and clear a blocked drain. They came the next morning and cleared the blockage. Excellent, professional work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had this company out to unblock toilet did half a job first time could not get camera to work so could not see that they had not shifted a thing so had them back out eventually when they decided to turn up To tell me it was a different problem in the first place so had to get a new company out to sort

MPH Drain Services turned up on the same day contacted as they said they would. Their Engineer was excellent at keeping us informed of progress and his plans. He stayed well into the evening to complete the job and clean up. He explained his report well and gave us advice on what we should do next.

I would like to take this opportunity and say a massive thank you to one of your engineers Joel. He has been to site a couple of times and has carried out work and we genuinely appreciate his professionalism, his knowledge and above all his passion in what he does. Absolutely outstanding!

Had Joel from Mph out to a blocked drain i had and must say what a fantastic job he did. From my first call to the job being completed i was kept informed the whole time. Joel explained the job and made sure i was happy with all the work being carried out. Would have no problem recommending in the future.

Do not use, take your money and never send your survey report. Waiting weeks. Told would receive straight after paying. Never received report. Nothing. Chased continuously and nothing supplied. Avoid

Heavy rain exposed 2 blockage in my drains. MPH attended next day and cleared the blockages within 1.5 hours. A CCTV survey showed cracking and roots entering the drains. I have had similar problems before so decided to have the drains lined. The 1st lining attempt failed but the engineers removed the failed liner from the drain and returned 2 days later and successfully completed the job. The engineers were professional and honest, they didn't leave me with a failed liner in my drains which would be a nightmare to resolve. I would defiantly recommend MPH. Dave

Excellent service, found a “booby trap” left by a previous owner’s bodge job ! Jamie ( sorry I think ! ) diagnosed the problem, explored options to cure it in the most effective “proper” manner !
