The Opal group has made good on their payment as of today.I had posted a previous review and was in the process of trying to obtain payment from this company. It did take some time. But after an email and a little bit of inquiry, the company has reached out and tried to rectify things by doing good on their payment. I understand people get caught up in day-to-day operations and sometimes things get delayed. I would like to think that that is what happened here. At the very least the company has shown. They’re willing to mend things with their vendors when they needed.

She was very nice but there were issues
She was very nice, however she showed up without only one POA form to be signed. I printed the second one but was not given the originals of either copy. She called me the next day after I was already part way back to the state in which I live and offered to drop the originals off at my parents house. I need the originals to help care for my parents medical needs. She said she would send them by certified mail but that was over a week ago and I do not have them. She also didn’t notice that the ID’s she verified did not match the name on the POA forms and I may need to have the whole thing redone which will require another 7 hour commute to get there. Can someone call me about service please. I need to get these forms ASAP.

They served him on the second attempt
They served him on the second attempt, which was great. But while court papers said he could be served anywhere and I told them exactly where he actually was, they told me he could only be served at specific address. He could have been served much sooner, causing me a lot less stress.
