This company will charge you late fees even if you rush the post out, any excuse to charge extra.
Dorothy was very rude on emails.
DO NOT USE THEM.

Thank you for your feedback.

This has been investigated, and I can see the deduction was because you kept the device with you for 2 extra days. (The return tracking code shows us the date the device was dropped off at the post office). So, the additional days of hire cost was deducted from your deposit, and the balance amount was refunded to you. I can see this was also explained in detail by a customer service team member.

Fantastic

Fantastic. Arrived when they said it would. Literally plug in and it's ready to go. Worked in a house with thick concrete walls and was way more powerful and reliable than I thought it would be. Streaming media on multiple devices opposite sides of the house consistently. V impressed.

Purchased 11 days of internet whilst…

Purchased 11 days of internet whilst waiting for our proper one to be installed. Day one of hire and I had 0.27Mbps. I emailed the address provided and asked for help. I had a response requesting to complete 3 speed tests.. which I did. It’s been more than 24hrs and I have not had a response. I would expect a 24/7 helpline if I’m being charged £70 for 11 days ‘internet’. I work from home, so pray for me that it starts working. It’s been 2 days now and it’s not. I hope to get a refund.

update:
Someone named Dorothy contacted me early today to explain the team did not work weekends. I was offered a new device and a refund for the days I did not have internet. I was told today by our internet provider that they could attend on Wednesday to instal our internet, therefore I declined the offer to resend a new device. Dorothy explained I would only be charged for 3 days usage. The customer service has been faultless (although it would be good to have a 24/7 helpdesk) however I cannot give more stars as the internet is consistently weak.

Disappointing

First of all there was no option for them to leave the router in a safe space and as I was out I missed delivery two days in a row (which I had paid for). Package arrived damaged, and the router is plugged into an adapter. You are then supposed to post it back the day your hire ends which makes little sense since you've paid for that day.
The router itself worked perfectly fine, but given all the above and how expensive it is, I would not use it again.

Edit after reply from MI: I think you need to incorporate ways in which customers can get the device without waiting in their homes all day, I did eventually have it sent to a local post office to collect when I could, and I am saying this should be an option from the start.

I also think you need to rethink your end of hire dates and your expectations for when the device is returned. Nobody wants to pay for a day of service that they won't actually get because you expect the device back the day of the end of the hire period. Have a system where the device connectivity is turned off at the end of hire (unless extended) and then a date where the device must be returned.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback, and first, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience experienced.

This has been investigated and we can see Royal Mail made two attempts to deliver the device to your delivery address. As highlighted on our delivery information page, FAQ, and in the hire confirmation email you received, there needs to be someone at the delivery address at the start of the hire date to accept the package from Royal Mail.

Regarding the device being damaged, our devices are normally dispatched via Royal Mail, and I recognise Royal Mail can damage a device on the route.

I have searched our customer service inbox and unfortunately, we have not found any email from you notifying us about damages made by Royal Mail when the device arrived with you.
I can see we were only contacted when you requested to extend your hire, and then 3 days after your hire ended to inform us that you just posted the device back to us.

Very poor connectivity so purchased…

Very poor connectivity so purchased another solution from a competitor.
Perhaps should test postcode area before sending kit.
Very unhelpful reply from customer services. So complete waste of money for us. Might work elsewhere. Surrey based.

Hence, we have been unable to investigate this or look deeper into it.

Kindly reply to your hire confirmation email (hire confirmation email received after placing your order), or reply to any existing email support thread, and a customer service team member would be happy to investigate this.

Great experience and easy

Really expedient service and well organised process. We received our temporary WiFi kit the next working day after ordering and it worked within seconds - just plugged it in and connected using the provided password

Easy to return and sure enough when I sent it back via their pre paid label it was received back 1 working day later and my deposit was promptly refunded . Definitely recommend

What a lifesaver

What a lifesaver! We moved into our house and after giving the internet provider over a months notice we didn’t have internet ready. This was a catastrophe for me and my partner who work from home.
Did a quick search found Moving Internet. Router arrived the next day, speed and quality was was very good. The return process and refund was also very efficient.

Great service

Great service, ordered last minute so did not arrive next day, but the following day, so was informed the hire would commence from receipt a day later. Easy to install. Reminder that hire was coming to an end, and notification when deposit refunded.

Moving internet is a fantastic service

Moving internet is a fantastic service! They are professional, efficient and do their utmost to ensure you have a broadband connection when all else fails. I was able to get broadband the day after I lost it through moving, and then kept moving internet until my new broadband service was established. The return of the equipment was easy and deposit return swift, thank you Moving internet.

Amazing

Absolutely loved this! It was an easy process and the device worked well. We recently moved property and our WiFi provider was messing us around but found this as a solution. For about a month it was used for two people working from home, with 4 laptops and constant teams calls with no issue. Only downfall was it was expensive for that time. However would definitely recommend and use again!
