Great service. Was a life saver!

I couldn’t recommend more. Absolute life saver when we moved house and didn’t have internet for 2.5 weeks due to delays with Outreach engineers. Works perfectly and managed to stream tv, have work calls etc.

Really great service

Really great service. The service was easy to understand, the device arrived quickly, was super easy to set up.
The team were very helpful when I lost the return label and provided quick instructions on how to solve.

I have been without Internet for 3 days…

I have been without Internet for 3 days of a 14 day contract. The replacement box i was sent had a speed of 0.4mbps download.

I was offered an apology and 1 extra day of the contract.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this company for anyone who actually needs Internet for things like work.

Regarding the slow connection you were receiving in your location, I can see a customer service team member had informed you that the local signal mast serving your area was undergoing a network repair by the network provider. Hence, the customer service team member dispatched a replacement device using an alternative network provider not affected by that specific mast repair via a next day delivery service.

I can see from the customer service inbox that after you received the replacement device, you requested to keep using the initial device because the network speeds on the initial device had improved hence you returned the replacement device.

However, after returning the replacement device, the network speeds on the initial device dropped again (given the ongoing repairs to the local mast hadn't been concluded by the network provider) and you informed us about it. A customer service team member checked the network status in your location and discovered that the network provider was carrying out another repair in your location, hence a replacement device on an alternative network was re-sent for delivery to your address via a next day delivery.

I can see this is an ongoing hire. Given that Trustpilot wouldn't be an ideal place to provide customer service support, I would recommend you contact the customer service team if you require further assistance, so that they can be in the best position to support you.

A five star experience

I’ve now used Moving Internet twice in the last 6 months for temporary mobile internet whilst we moved house and have been impressed both times with the service. Delivery of the router was fast, a couple of connection issues first time round were resolved promptly and efficiently and the deposit money was returned to me both times within a day of returning the router. All in all, a great experience and would definitely use them again.

Worst Customer Support I've Ever Seen

I had previously used their service and whichever device you get is a hit or miss. They first sent me a terrible device which did not work at all. I complained about it and they sent me a different one which was Ok. I had to go on holidays for 2 weeks and that's where the nightmare started.
I asked them if I could keep the device as I would need it again when I was back from holidays and I would then expand my contract. They rejected, which I could kind of understand.

I asked them if they could send me the same device which worked for me once I'm back and oh boy... They sent me 2 devices already which just plain not work and they are now literally trolling me on email while I keep begging them to send me the device that worked with pictures attached. I keep telling them it's not working and they keep sending me emails back with "put it near a window" or "reset the device". The first device is mega slow, but the second one just did not work at all.

Well... 1 star it's quite high for the experience I'm going through right now.

Regarding the slow connection you were receiving in your location on the initial device for your first order, I can see a customer service team member had informed you that the local signal mast serving your area was undergoing a network repair. This means the engineers from the data providers were fixing the issues affecting the telecom mast serving that area as fast as possible to get everyone in the local area back to a good speed.

Hence, an alternative network (which was not experiencing a telecom mast issue at that local area) was dispatched to your address via a next day delivery service.

Regarding your request to keep the replacement device during your travels, I can see from the customer service inbox that, you had requested to keep the replacement device for an additional two weeks beyond your rental ended(for free). The customer service team member explained that an extension of the hire would be necessary to keep the device for that duration, but you declined the offer.

Regarding sending you the same device for your second order, I can see from the customer service inbox that you placed another order after you returned from your trip and requested we send the same device you used for your first order. The device you requested for was not available as it was hired out to another customer. Like all internet solution, the experience is contingent on the local infrastructure being free of heavy congestion or service outages.

Given you were experiencing slow speeds on the first device sent for your second order, a replacement device on an alternative network was sent to your address. However the network speed was not as expected, hence a customer service team member had informed you to place the device by the window and to reset the device, because these steps can help in resolving the speed issue you were experiencing in your location.

I can see from the email thread that you requested to keep the initial device sent to you for your second order and you returned the replacement device.

Given that Trustpilot wouldn't be an ideal place to provide customer service for an ongoing hire, I would recommend you contact the customer service team if you require further assistance, so that they can be in the best position to support you.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Very easy to get up and running. Even got an immediate reply to my initial email enquiry late at night. We were running concurrent video calls while we were waiting for our permanent internet to be connected after moving house, and no problems at all. We posted the kit back and got a quick deposit refund. An ideal easy solution if you need temporary internet.

Excellent! Arrived very fast, super-easy to set up, speed fast enough for anything you’d need it. And to top it off, when we were able to return it early, we got a partial refund. Recommend!

Highly recommend moving internet

Was dubious re strength of WiFi but it was great .it was also easy to extend rental period I would highly recommend moving internet for anyone who needs temporary service ideal as a bridge whilst moving houses till your service provider can set up . Really happy

Regarding the slow connection you were receiving in your location, it's highly likely a local signal mast serving your area may have been experiencing a failure or damages, and this is usually scheduled for repairs by the network provider as fast as possible to get everyone in the local area back to a good speed.

In situations where there is a local/regional telecom mast issue affecting the local area where a device is being used, our standard procedure involves investigating the speed issue first to identify the cause and see if it can be resolved remotely. We then check to see if an alternative network (which isn't experiencing a telecom mast issue at that local area) is available.
If an alternative network is available, we quickly arrange for a replacement device to be delivered to your address.

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this, so we were unable to investigate the issue during your hiring period.

Did exactly what it says on the tin and served me perfectly well for a week of working from home after we moved house. Delivery, setup, and return all dead easy. Precisely the kind of service you'd want and expect in 2026.

Surprised that a small box could work so well.

I must admit I was skeptical when trying to get some temporary internet for our new home, but I was very surprised that a small box could work so well all around the house. Was definitely worth it and made our lives so much easier whilst we waited for an install. Customer service and delivery also great.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Delivered exactly what was promised. I ordered on New year's day and my modem arrived on Saturday 3rd at lunchtime. Decent speeds enabled me to stream and most importantly work at home during a period I would otherwise have been without home internet. Upon return my deposit was returned straight away. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a temporary internet solution.
