I bought a code to unlock a cell phone, the price was quite fair and attractive, they gave me the 16 digit code to unlock it but it didn't work. I filed a report and recorded the video showing clearly that the IMEI of the cell phone matches the order, and how is it that when I put it 3 times it never worked. They were supposed to contact me in a short period of time, but it's been a month and they haven't answered my emails or refunded my money. Be careful, if the code does not work they are not responsible, they do not have the guarantee they promise.

Muy buena experiencia! Perdí mi móvil hace unas semanas y me ayudaron a bloquear el IMEI de mi teléfono perdido, De muchas es la única compania que ofrece muy buenos servicios

Me compre un movil en wallapop y tenia el imei bloqueado y gracias a movical me ayudaron a como quitarlo estoy muy satsifecho con este servicio.

Contraté el servicio para que me desbloquearan el móvil ya que había olvidado la contraseña, 10/10.

Ademas de tener muchas opciones me parece un sitio esencial al que visitar antes de comprar cualquier movil. Compre un Iphone en Wallapop y antes de pagarlo, comprobé el IMEI en su checker. Facil e intuitivo 100%

Pedi un desbloqueo de un IPhone 15 pro Max y claro pedí la opción económica. Se supone que no se hizo porque tenía deudas pues bueno me dieron un cupón para que comprara el premium pues resulta que así lo hice compré el premium. Se supones que salía en tres días más y han pasado como 20. Le he escrito por todo lado y nada de respuestas.

Actualización ya cambió el estado de desbloqueo. Me están dando un mejor soporte. Aunque aún no se ha terminado el proceso. Continuaré actualizando el proceso.

He estado escribiendoles tanto en whatsapp como email, y no contestan. El pedido sigue igual y la verdad quisiera me re embolsaran. Me decidí a escribir y contactarlos por los malos comentarios que últimamente han tenido. La verdad no le vuelvo a solicitar nada. Es la segunda vez que me lo hacen.

They did not come through, paid 52.00,for remote technician to unlock with cable and software. Prepaid phone. with device locking app,. like they claim on their website Just took my money. Did not do anything. Just sent an email saying i have unpaid bills on a prepaid phone,... Phone is worth less than 50 dollars. they claim to unlock 99% of phones, 5 star reviews. Customer service will not respond to emails either. Do not use.

Then they charged me to run the imei check , which i already know about the phone, the unlocking policy is 6 months, phone has 100 days left, Which they lied and said unpaid bills, but charged me 17.00 for the imei check ..then refunded me 36.00 Because they dont want to do what they claim... Dont loose your money stay away Scammed me out of my money.

No se pudo realizar el desbloqueo y me regresaron el 60% de lo que pague no completo.

Update : they send me an email saying: we just refund your money cuz the operation failed ,that's not true I don't se any refund on may account still waiting for my money back

Update: they refund only 36 usd , I payed 48 but it's OK
