Having been let down by a previous company, I have to say that MoveYourSpa were so helpful from start to finish and noticeably more professional and competent.
Kylie handled the coordination and booking really well and on the day Rich and Josh were excellent. So helpful and efficient. We required a crane to remove the hot tub from the collection address and I was really stressing about that but MoveYourSpa coordinated it all and it was so smooth and stress free on the day. Communication was good too. Would recommend these guys to everyone.

We contacted moveyourspa to help us get a hot tub from 3 miles away to our home. From the start they were helpful, professional and ensured we knew how the process worked. When it came to the hot tub being moved, it was the hottest day of the year and the guys had had a tough day. Malaki and Simon turned up with a smile on their face and were friendly and polite. They listened to where we needed the hot tub to go and gave us some helpful tips and advice. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Worth every penny.

Communication throughout was good until on the day they said it was so tight the collection end they wanted me to sign a disclaimer in case it got scratched. They sent 2 people Mal and Simon, unfortunately the previous owner had to remove bricks and guttering to get it out I believe he helped due to the tight access.no scratches though and after being stuck in traffic for some time on a hot summers day they were still happy and smiling. Thank you only thing I would mention if you have to have it lifted into the garden it does come at an additional cost.

Where do I start! To say Bex didn’t care is an understatement! You don’t even deserve one star. Promised the earth, delivered nothing. Took £180 deposit, started demanding numerous photos of both properties, size of gates and everything, did this numerous times with Bex demanding more with each text or e-mail. Finally answered all her questions over a two week period only for her to go silent then come back requesting the job is postponed! I refuse having waited all this long, she promises to call in the morning but then goes off sick! Kylie tries to resolve the issue but she also doesn’t get anywhere, promising their movers to go and check over the property where the hot tub is after 1pm. I had to call her after 4pm as she hadn’t bothered to update that their movers couldn’t assess the job. I have given up by this time and ask for a refund as she was now talking of Tuesday, week 3! Kylie promises to refund our deposit but the money will be released back to us in 2-3 weeks! Nothing positive came out of my interactions with this company. I now have to look at other movers after this company wasted my time and keeping my deposit unnecessarily. I also now have to dig deeper into my pocket to pay someone else the deposit while my money sits in their bank. I don’t wish this to happen to anyone else so please make your own decision if you want them to assist you move your spa! I see lots of other reviews and wonder why they treated us so badly, we didn’t deserve that!

Amazing from start to finish! The lovely ladies in the office Bex &Kylie were both friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. Both went above and beyond.
Our movers and fixer chaps Malaki &Tom were super efficient, professional and were willing to have a laugh with us. Could not fault their work one bit. Explained how to use the hot tub and daily routine of chemicals and testing.
Overall the service was 5* and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to professional move your hot tub.

The team turned up on time and got the hot tub out and on its way in very good time. Deliveried in good condition and no fuss.

I would completely recommend Move Your Spa to anyone. We have used them twice including the full set up service. Extremely professional, friendly service. Gave me lots of extra advice too for general running of the spa afterwards. Nothing to fault.

We had a fantastic experience with move your spa from start to finish. We had very difficult access down the side of our house but the Team I spoke to on the phone could not have been more helpful. I was able to liaise with them via WhatsApp quickly and efficiently to ensure that the access would be suitable. On the day of delivery I was kept up to date with accurate delivery times. Lee and Rich then did a brilliant job getting the hot tub into place. They took time and care not to damage anything in the process, gave useful advice on the positioning and maintenance and were very friendly. Overall I would give 10/10 for every aspect of the service received and would definitely recommend this company.

They were fantastic from beginning to end. From the initial email I sent and the communication up until collection. The guys who came out were great. The hot tub wouldn't come out the cabin the way we thought it would, so they came up with another solution. I would highly recommend this company.

Move Your Spa cancelled the job at 5pm the day before my hot tub was meant to be moved. 2 weeks later they final did move the hot tub I had to pay cash and I still won't give me a receipt. The only positive experience was the delivery drivers were very friendly. I won't not recommend this company.

Although the guys were running late , and it was 29 degrees , they were absolutely brilliant. Very polite and kind . It was an easy pickup but they took great care to wrap and protect the tub, the drip off was fitting a 2m square tub into a 2.1 square gap .
We collectively scratched our heads but eventually did it . Many services would have left you to it and said ‘can’t do that not my job’ but they did. I would highly recommend move your spa and fantastic value for money .
Moving my tub was the only thing about moving house was giving me anxiety but I should not have worried

Very happy with the service. Everything was carried out as agreed, on time and for the agreed cost. The tub was a lot heavier than I imagined but the move went without a hitch.

I dealt with Kylie at Move Your Spa throughout the arrangement for getting my hot tub removed. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything and liaised with the buyers of the hot tub.
On the day of the removal Tom and Malachi arrived promptly and set straight to work. It wasn’t a straightforward removal and there was a worry that they may not be able to remove it. We were aware of this before they arrived, but decided we would be stuck with an unwanted hot tub if we cancelled the removal. I’m so glad we went ahead and after a few head scratching moments Tom and Malachi were successful! They left for the destination and the buyers were very happy to receive the hot tub in the same condition it was when they viewed it.
I cannot recommend Move Your Spa highly enough. It was a big undertaking and definitely not the sort of job a few of your mates could carry out. Well done Tom and Malachi, many thanks to both of you.

My relocation was only a mile or so in distance but wasn't without its difficulties (primarily access at my new house). But on the day it went really smoothly and I was very impressed. Quick and efficient, they took great care of my tub, and still had time to chat, answer questions and offer advice. Such a personable pair, Aaron and Mick did a splendid job and if I ever move again, please send the same guys! Huge thanks to Kylie for arranging everything so well.
