I love the hampers - they make a great Christmas present. The different cheeses are a delight. Everything is delivered in a sturdy presentation box and delivered in plenty of time for the Big Day!

The Xmas order option doesn't make it clear when the order will be dispatched. I phoned to chase my order which is now over 5 days, only to be told there's nothing that can be done - 'I'm just one of thousands'. Not what I wanted to hear - not even a suggestion of putting in another order, for which I'd be happy to pay - for immediate delivery and cancelling and refunding the Xmas order. Lack of imagination and not helpful. And I'll still have to buy a set of cheeses to take away on my trip - but not from this company

The delivery is quick and packaged well. I’ve ordered some Xmas cheese as gifts for my family who all love cheese.

Am a first timer, really pleased with this company's delivery regime. Not tried the cheeses, and have bought loads. Some as gift top ups, but many for me. Hope they are as great as the reviews state. Happy Cristmas.

This is the second time I have used Mouse House and they didn't disappoint. Really great cheese company.

I ordered 3 boxes of cheese off Amazon with an assurance they would be delivered next day. I am still waiting 3 days later, which has completely spoiled my plans. When I tried to contact the supplier I got an automated response saying if I don’t get it within 3 days ask for a refund. Very disappointed.

Have used this company now for a number of years.always brilliant cheese full of flavour and something for everyone ,would recommend.

Excellent service and cheapest quality cheese ive found online perfect and order always on time with great date's so can order ahead for birthdays and pay no delivery 😀

Just received my box of six cheeses this is a Christmas present. You would not believe the state of the outer package it looks as if it has been kicked around a football pitch

This is the third purchase I have made. Lovely cheeses,not disappointed with any of the flavours. Nice quality product ,delivery was straight forward and quick.

We just love these cheeses the best best flavours ever! Texture, colour and flavours can't be matched by other cheeses outside of the Mouse House Cheese Company Haven't had one that we've not enjoyed. Good customer services.

I have bought from this site 4 times now. The cheese is lovely. The range of flavours is great but I absolutely LOVE "the guru". Its red Leicester and mango chutney. The chesse boxes arrive really quickly and are beautifully packaged and there is usually an intersting offer too. I highly recommend this site.

The cheese is 2nd to none it is gorgeous, love garlic and chive plus red Leicester and mango.

Having placed an order for the rainbow box (7 truckles) on the 2nd August, i was disappointed to find that two of the items had a best before date of just over 2 weeks. However after speaking with the supplier, who apologised profusely, i was offered the choice of a replacement or refund which was greatly appreciated.

Experienced some technical issues with website which complicated the order process (just one of those things, highlighted to the company) but once in contact with Mouse House Cheese Company they resolved the issue swiftly and satisfactorily.

I bought from this company for my mum’s birthday present and, while the products are great, I was disappointed to find out that the box had leaked once my mum opened it. I did not open the box myself upon receiving it and wrapped it immediately. So when it came to my mum’s special day, I felt let down in realising that the chutney lid was not properly shut and ended up ruining the box and the cracker packaging. It pains me to have to complain and not leave a 5 star review, but I couldn’t let this slide.
