Sorry to hear of delays faced. We always do our very best to have cars arrive in good time, sadly this is not always possible for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to traffic, road works, bookings being cancelled after driver arrive. This is why we always advise our customers book leaving plenty of time as roads can change very quickly causing delays we have no control over.
We hope you stick with us and quickly realise this is not something you can expect frequently.

Driver was late
Driver was late, reluctant to get out of the car to help us with luggage on our way to the airport, and drove the wrong way down the M25, meaning we were half an hour late to the airport!

I use the Hall Lane branch
Used the hall lane branch yesterday 30/07/23 staff on the phones very helpful with sending the right type vehicle for my elderly mother to accommodate both her wheelchair and frame.... the driver was so very attentive... had to book a return journey they were very helpful again in arranging this and was sent home with the most attentive driver again.... any problems I've had in the past with drivers have been dealt with and I have had no complaints to report about the service.... keep up the good work....

Great staff and excellent service
I visit the UK regularly and was an Uber customer until I first used Mount Cars. From my experience, the drivers have all been courteous and professional and the service has been excellent overall. On my most recent booking, the car arrived 30 minutes after I booked it, but the controller was very clear in letting me know that in advance and checked I would be OK with that. I trust this company, my adult daughters use the service and I highly recommend them.
