Terrible website I think it’s a scam I placed a order through them and payed with world pay and when I usually pay through world pay via other companies I get a email about my transaction however I didn’t receive a email and not only did I not receive a email from world pay I also didn’t receive a email confirmation of my purchase and when they’ve taken my money the name on my bank account transaction does not match the name of the website I have tried to contact them multiple times to clear up what is going on but every time I emailed them I did not receive a response so I’ve took this up with my bank provided evidence and got my money back I highly do not recommend ordering from this website to be honest I think their a scam wish I done some thorough background checks before placing a order

FAKE SITE!

All reviews are from the same date 10/11 April last year, all 5STAR saying the same thing! All recent reviews are of people who have been scammed by the site.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all cost. I placed an order for two items and the money was taken instantly. After 1 week of my order still saying processing and not hearing anything, I contacted the company through email. I received no reply. I left it another week and followed up with another email which was also ignored. I then tried to go to the help page on their website and contact them through the messaging service provided by their website but when it was time to send it kept saying server error on their part. After still receiving no update or correspondence after 2 weeks and 3 emails I decided to get paypal involved who instantly refunded my money.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and a shambles, never experienced anything like it from a "professional business". Avoid at all cost and spend your money somewhere you won't be waiting for a simple update on your order and that is a legitimate business because these cowboys can't be legitimate.

placed order 5 days ago and emailed a few times buy had no reply, the payment was take from a different company "knife Warehouse" but they dont reply either, and cant find a phone number anywhere, starting to think ive lost my money.

I didn't receive my product or proof of postage. No communications from the company.

Great experience when ordering with Mountainsteel. I had an expedition planned and needed some items urgently before I headed off. The delivery was fast and I was pleased with the quality of the products.
