A huge thank you!!!!!!!!! After struggling 400km from France across the Alps (all motorcycle repair shops are closed on Mondays), and finding no one willing or able to help me along the way, Yanik was a true lifesaver! He dropped everything and pushed my BMW into his workshop. Ten minutes later, the damage was repaired and the bike was ready for the next 3000km home.
He then took a moment to criticise the condition of my 19-year-old BMW, convinced it would never pass the Swiss vehicle inspection (MFK). The British MOT (MOT) was only 69 days old. :-) lol
I'll take that as an expression of his commitment to high quality. Just look at the pictures of his workshop on his website. It really is that tidy and clean. This is a highly professional workshop with the highest standards, not some back-alley operation! Yanik is definitely a professional mechanic and, above all, incredibly helpful to travellers passing through. A full 10 stars!!! (I know there are only 5 to give - unfortunately)
Super ganz ganz großen Dank!!!!!!!!! Nachdem ich mich 400km mit Not von Frankreich über die Alpen geschleppt hatte (Montags sind alle Motorradwerkstätten zu), und mir kein Mensch auf dem Weg helfen wollte oder konnte, war Yanik eine echte Rettungsleine! Er hat alles stehen und liegen gelassen und meine BMW in seine Werkstatt geschoben. Nach 10 Minuten war der Schaden behoben und die Maschine fertig für die nächsten 3000km bis nach Hause.
Er hatte dann noch ein bisschen an dem Zustand meiner 19 Jahre alten BMW herumgenörgelt und war sich sicher dass sie nie und nimmer die Schweizer Motorfahrzeugkontrolle (MFK) bestehen würde. Die englische Kontrolle (MOT) war gerade mal 69 Tage alt. :-) lol
Ich nehme das mal als ein Ausdruck seiner Liebe für hohe Qualität. Guckt Euch nur mal die Bilder seiner Werkstatt auf seiner Webseite an. So aufgeräumt und sauber sieht es da wirklich aus. Das ist eine hoch professionelle Werkstatt mit höchsten Ansprüchen und keine Muckelbude ! Yanik ist definitiv ein professioneller Mechaniker und vor allem super hilfsbereit Durchreisenden sofort zu helfen. Volle 10 Sterne !!! (ich weis es gibt nur 5 zu vergeben - leider)
