I would never book with this company
I would never book with this company. We were booked to go with this company for four days. For 02/24/2019 to 2/28/2019 at this time there was extreme flooding. So I called on the 20/23/2019 to see if our cabin was going to be available. I was told the roads were flooded and we would not be available. To call back on 02/24/2019 to see if the water had gone down. I ask if we could not get to it would are money be refund. The lady said yes, because this was not our fault. So I called on 02/24/2019 spoke to a gentlemen around 9:30 that morning. His name was Dave, told me the roads were still flooded. So I said if I cancelled would get my money back? He said yes, it was not our fault.So I cancelled. On 02/25/2019 they took the money out anyway. I called and spoke to several people. I kept getting disconnected our was put on hold. They refused to give us our money back.I told the lady why would I give them $419.00 and not show up? That I did call and canceled, also they did not not have a Dave that worked there.The lady was very rude.They never offered us another cabin our another date that we could come. How can you go somewhere and can not get to our cabin because the roads or flooded and shut down? This company is very shady, and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company!
