Collecting my new car experience
I collected my new mini from Derby, but it was transferred from Castleford. Kareem at Castleford (even though never seen him face-to-face) as been brilliant all tje way through the process. Amazing Service and Great Pricing
I had an amazing experience while shopping for my car. I looked online and fell in love with the car and then when i saw it in person i just fell in love even more. The service from the staff was amazing Matt was my sales person and he helped me with everything that i needed and was super helpful, the pricing for the car was amazing and especially with the amount of miles it has on it, and Matt helped me with all the financing and helped with bringing the price down to a number which was reasonable for me. Thank you all so much for giving an amazing experience and Matt was amazing.

There is no hard sell at Motorpoint, it is easy to view vehicles on your own but advice is always given if you ask one of their sales team.
Having used Motorpoint before I knew what to expect and Kareem our salesperson was very helpful, overall a first class service.

Wanted to sell my car got it valued on…
Wanted to sell my car got it valued on line ,drove 30 miles to a timed appointment ,kept me awaiting 45 mins .
Their used car buyer asked to see all my documentation this was correct then hi checked my car and told me it had a mileage discrepancy and couldn’t continue ,which I questioned as the car had only had one mot with correct mileage shown.I asked how I could correct this ,he misled me and told me to ring dvla . I went outside and rang hpi services who informed a search had been done that day with a lower mileage entered than the mileage on the current mot , I gave the correct mileage and hoi corrected its report ,went back in and told thier buyer that I had corrected the mileage and the car showed correctly now ,he looked totally surprised and used every excuse not continue ,then said I would have to rebook for another day ,and get car revalued shock huge price drop . Just the usual unacceptable underside of the motor trade , went straight to we buy any car who bought it at the agreeded price ,avoid at all costs unless you just want a ride out

Good customer service, decent part exchange, good quality cars for sale and good post sales service. Not many car supermarkets or garages offer this but Castleford Motorpoint did.
