Amazing experience with James
I had the best experience with James whilst trying to decide whether or not I wanted to lease a car. He was incredibly patient with me and honestly I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service he gave me. Not only did he make sure I was happy with my quote, he went above and beyond with helping me decide exact specifications, prices etc. I think I changed my mind a total of 10 times but not once did James show a sign of annoyance, he was highly positive and lovely! I highly recommend James and this company!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Story when sourcing my new company car. I contacted Alex by email after she sourced my previous car and she came back to me immediately and we started the search! First time leasing a car.
First time going down the car leasing route, Motorlet was recommended to me by a friend and they have not disappointed. Excellent service. Max quickly responded to my initial enquiry. The car I wanted had a long lead in time so he recommended some alternatives. Was great at running through costs of different options. After ordering Wendy was really communicative and helpful running through all the admin. Brilliant service.
