Fantastic experience from start to finish.Fiona kept me updated all the way through the process. Any query was answered almost immediately whether by phone or email. Professional and friendly Fiona and the team are what Customer Service should be like.I even had a phone call after delivery to ensure all had gone well.
I have no hesitation recommending Motorfinity to friends and family.

This is my third car ordered through Motorfinity and each time has been extremely easy. Top service from Luke C who seems to find the right spec for me over the phone very quickly. Big thanks to Fiona in the delivery team. Nothing was too much trouble, even with some delays from my end around shift work. Exceptional service off both of them and would recommend Motorfinity purely based on how they have both been throughout the sales / delivery process. If they worked on my team I would look after them at all costs!

Every person I dealt with through the whole process of buying my new car was very helpful and experienced. They dealt with everything very well and were excellent in communicating with me as well as getting back to me with answers to any questions. Superb service from start to finish.

I have never used Motorfinity or the likes before so i was initially nervous. When choosing and ordering Patrick was very helpful and patient allowing me to get the spec I wanted.

The follow up process was informative and i was kept in the loop the entire time. My car was delayed by several months which was agonising however this was a manufacturer issue, not Motorfinity.

Fiona from the delivery team was very helpful and guided me through payment and collection, following up with after sales care.

Right from beginning when I phoned Motorfinity and started the whole process of buying a new car especially when you are not actually seeing anyone face to face which is always a worry. But I couldn’t have been more impressed by the professionalism that these young people showed. Always at the end of the phone when needed and answered emails promptly. Found this car buying experience absolutely brilliant.
I was apprehensive at first but the help I got from Fiona was fantastic and she helped and sorted everything out and kept me well informed every step off the way.

So far so good, Olivia has been exceptionally helpful throughout the ordering process of my new car. From my first contact with Olivia, she has always answered my e mails and telephone calls without delay and given me any information asked for during what can be quite a stressful time, parting with your hard earned cash.
