Yes the Quote was lower than I would have hoped considering I bought the bike from Superbike factory and this company is owned by Superbike factory and I paid £8000 5 months ago and they have just paid me £5760! However I was honest with the questions and everything was as expected. The bike was immaculate and Clive gave it a really good check and they paid what they quoted. Clive was fantastic and a real pleasure. So all good.

By far the best quote I got for my bike with a guaranteed amount. Be honest with your appraisal and the questions asked and this quote is not watered down when the operative comes to collect it.
John the operative that collected my bike was easy to get on with and gave the bike a thorough and fair examination.
All in all it made selling my bike an easy and painless experience.
Oh and FYI the quote was close to TWICE the amount that ‘WBAB’ offered 😏

The chap that turned up to collect my bike was really friendly and very fair when checking the bike. The price I got was a bit lower than I hoped but the procedure was smooth and uncomplicated. Sorry to see the bike go but he handled it with great care so I was very pleased. Great service.

Really simple pleasant experience as long as what you input is honest. I had to change collection a couple of times which was accommodated with no loss of value. On the day, I received plenty of notice and the collection man (Ian) was polite, open and honest as to how he records the bike.

They were absolutely brilliant made me a offer which I excepted picked the bike up this morning and paid me straight away can’t fault them at all everyone I have spoken have been polite and honest with me and to be honest the place I brought it from didn’t want to know said come back next year and we will see then if we are interested and that was destination triumph so I won’t be going there for my next bike call these guys 100% recommend them 👍

Very easy process from start to finish. Very friendly team arrived to check over and collect bike.
Removed one star as the amount I received was reduced by £100 because the bike had not had its 1st service - even though it has only done 19 miles in total.

Went very smoothly, price offered was fair,saves the hassle of selling privately.

Great service. I was a little nervous that a ‘tyre kicker’ would come and try to knock me down on the agreed price. No such problem. The Van driver (John) was a biker himself, genuine, honest guy and I felt reassured with the process. Would recommend this service.

It was quick, safe and simple way of selling my bike. Jordan was the technician who came to pick up the bike, he was very helpful, and made it very easy to get through the process.

Blatant lies and dishonesty. Everything that was agreed with the telephone salesman beforehand was apparently unknown to HO on the day of collection, despite the admission of the agent collecting the bike that he had photos that I had uploaded. They even claimed not to know of the person I had dealt with to agree the sale. Absolute scammers, tried to chip me from £1940 to £1400 for a bike in good condition. Never use this company.

Everything went exactly to plan. The young man who collected my bike was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and provided confidence. The company is professional and organised. Do not expect to receive the full value of your machine but it is safer than having complete strangers to one's property.

Agreed a valuation, arranged a pick up date. Waiting in for the call from the driver for when they would be picking up the bike. Sent my bank details for fast payment. No call. No driver. No call to say sorry, we don't want your bike. Very disappointing service. As verbal contract over the phone

I went online and got a pretty fast valuation, so booked in the viewing and collection for 2 days later, received a call from a really pleasant member of the team, who talked me through the process, then could actually view and pick it up the next day (today). Received a call 1 hour before the viewing to let me know they would be there in an hour, did a full inspection (bike, paperwork etc). Found a couple of things I didn’t spot and reduced the value (only by £100) so was very happy, paid for same day payment and received that before they had loaded the bike. Very pleasant experience.

Very fair valuation, great communication throughout and prompt service. On the day i was seen by Goldie who turned up exactly when he said he would, was very friendly and professional and concluded the valuation and sale quickly. I found that being open and honest with Motorbike Trader made the whole process smooth and hassle free.
