Beware - Do not buy anything from Moterm on Ali Express
I ordered a Moterm Leather planner from Ali Express and paid for it but I never got it and I am still trying to get a refund.
Terrible customer service for complaints and disputes.
This was my first and last time using this terrible platform.
Do not use them.
I have bought Moterm planners before from Amazon Prime (Amazon have excellent delivery and customer service - but are a little more expensive).
- When I ordered the planner from Ali Express I filled in all the forms correctly but somehow the planner was sent to me with the wrong address including no house number at all.
I noticed this in an email and then made several attempts to contact them to correct this problem. I showed both Ali Express and Moterm screenshots as proof and they both apologised accepted responsibility and promised me a full refund, Ali Express also told me they had proof on their system the planner had been returned to them undelivered - I have screenshots of that too - but then the next day sent me an automated email saying I would not get a refund because it had been delivered to me! Which of course it hadn’t! I will never shop with either Ali express or Moterm again, and I am still trying to get a refund.
I am going to make a video about my experience and post it on social media to raise awareness of how bad this company is.
