Saudi government is enemies of Islam and Muslim, Makkah and Medina responsibilities should on all Muslims countries not Saudi, it dose not belong to them, they have no right to profit from hajji saving.

Ruined my dream which I had planned for years. No communication whatsoever! Would have me on hold for over an hour. No organisation at all and did not meet our needs. Boarded the flight 4 days after because Motawif didn't pay for our tickets. We were sent home twice from the airport. Boarded 4 days after. Broke our hearts on many occasions. Would not recommend or wish upon anyone to go with Motawif!!!

The worst company. Ruined our Hajj, went to the airport three times and they had not paid for our tickets even though we paid £80k. Forced to sleep with random people even though we paid for rooms. No food for over 18 hours in Mina, no help from leaders, treated us like animals throwing food over gates. Disgusting organisation.

They are a disgrace of a company. From start to finish they have been incompetent and utter rubbish. They should hang their head in shame but they have no morals, ethnics, honesty or decency. Along with them the Ministry of Hajj should also be ashamed. Everyone who I met in Hajj2022 had a nightmare story to tell.
They are a bunch of thieves. I could write a dissertation on them but no use wasting my time and effort. People thought travel agents were rogue, well now you know your answer.

Motawif has ruined our spiritual journey.

This company should not be allowed to provide umrah or hajj services! AT ALL!
Their incompetence are too many to list here!

One of the example, we got to Anwar Movenpick Madinah, and were told to move to another hotel as Motawif has not secure the payment yet!

Zero planning, organization and communication. They took the money upfront and never booked our flights/hotels. Somehow we managed to get our own flight ticket and reached Makkah. There was no communication and guidance. All the hujjaj were left to themselves to figure out things on their own. We were always trying to solve our logistic issues which completely took away our spiritual connection. Hope this will not be repeated next year.

Like everyone else said.. not fit for purpose.

From the word go they have been incompetent but because it was my First Hajj I went along paid over £26000 for me and my wife it was supposed to be a spiritual journey of a life time we spent all our savings on this
They delivered 0% they ruined our special journey they made us cry in the lobbies of hotels begging for our rooms
Please save your self and do not book your Hajj with these con artist they will lie all the way and ROB your money

Worst experience of my life!

Poor planning/poor infrastructure/mis sold packages/never stuck to any of their own guidelines and timelines. Bit of more they can chew. A lot of people will be taking legal action. They should avoid that by giving partial refunds for their disservice.

No communication, bad customer service, unexpected charges, selling package at platinum package but in reality given substantially lower class experience with hotels far away from Haram. Not trustworthy but we had no choice. Taken advantage of our obligation to Allah.

Needs an Overhaul.

I think the concept of motawif is a beautiful one and I loved seeing all the young people represented in KSA that was awesome to see and to be given responsibility however for the years to follow there needs to be major improvements.

Honestly I feel really sorry for anyone with any type of disabilities or ailments. Because apart from a lack of communication throughout from Motawif from the onset till the end. There were times we were left stranded waiting for buses for 5 hours in the heat. No guidance. Walking aimlessly during the pilgrimage with no leader, leading to people walking 10 miles and more on any given day. People had to walk back to Mina from Mecca or figure out a way to get back to the camps. A lot of the elder ladies had swollen legs and were on the point of collapse and exhaustion on arrival. Myself and my husband paid for everything again once we got there from our own transport to places or own hotels because anything involving motawif would either be shockingly late, or hours making you wait for a coach or trick you into thinking you were getting a premium service which was not the reality. Just for our own comfort we booked another hotel on booking.com. For paying motawif under 30ki struggle to understand what we paid for. For example in Mina we had 100 women crammed into one tent we didn’t even have a place to put our bags. So our bags were at the foot of our bed. It’s like covid was apparently gone and walk ways were not important for us to get about. Motawif should understand the implications this had on those pregnant, elderly and those with disabilities.

Extremely overpriced, most of the things that were promised were not delivered, absolutely no support what so ever. Left on our own to get to locations during Hajj days and stranded at times. Best to have donated the 26k we paid for 2 people to charity instead! All we got in reality in the package is return flights, few nights at a Makkah hotel and few nights in medinah hotel (that too shared room) and 2 nights in a tent!
Furthermore motawif charged me extra £1000 ish card transfer fee saying exchange fee when my card does not charge me any foreign exchange fees so I have no idea why that was added to my package and taken by motawif. Train journey was sup to be added to the platinum package from Makkah to medinah however we found out after paying it wasn’t in the confirmation and had to book seperate train tickets.

Robbed our money, gave us 10% of service compared to what agencies provided. No help, support, no religious guidance. At mina camp, the staff allowed locals in, they were stealing food. Broken bathrooms. We were humiliated every step of the way. We got NOTHING for the money robbed from us. May Allah swta punish everyone involved.

One of the worst service we had is was with Motawif , no proper customer support , no proper organizer , no proper communication within their team . Not a trained people , no one knows English . We had lot of hassle in finishing the hajj by organizing all transportation service

The amount they got from each person was so high but it was like we did everything on our own , no where Motawif are involved

Motife took away our dignity, by chinging price, not responding to any concerns, not answering phone calls, not enough employees to fill small task like findind rooms, whay and why not a single Motife at ant giving time. Why we dpend our time chasing Motife. Very greedy very

The discrimination against over 70 year olds who are perfectly healthy is abhorrent and not Islamic. Hasbia Allahou wa ni3ma el wakeel how can such ageism be allowed at one of the holiest places on earth. You dont find that in other abrahamic religions nor is it stipulated in the Quran or Sunnah or condoned by our beloved Prophet Muhammad pbu. Hugely abhorrent and prejudice and archaic. Stop embarrassing ISLAM, ISLAM and Muslims deserve better!
