Sarita responded to all my emails within the hour, worked efficiently with the underwriters , did her best to get the best price and I got my quote quickly which I accepted. I also love the product with all the added benefits . Overall a 5 star service , great product and great people.

I was already a customer, but had to make some substantial changes to our policy and create a new one at the same time. Latifa was extremley helpful, patient, answered questions I had (several times), checked queries for me.. nothing was too much trouble.
I tweaked a number of things and asked far too many questions but she was superb throughout, I really appreciate the time she took on the phone with me.
I managed to get both things sorted on the same call, I'd definitely recommend.
