We moved to Mortimers from another agent as they had over priced the property and we only had 1 viewing in over a month. Mortimers realistically priced the property and immediately started having multiple viewings and offers on the table. We experienced a lengthy delay with the sale going through which was no fault of Mortimers but issues on the buyer's side. Veda was extremely helpful and kept us updated through this process and gave us believe the sale would complete. I would also like to call out Lucy and Joe who were responsible for the viewing side of things who were great from the outset.
