George and Kim were amazing from start to finish. We had been told by other companies that we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage as my partner is a CIS worker and only had 2 years on the books.
George and Kim were able to get us our mortgage successfully and explained it all every step of the way.
They were always very quick at responding to any questions or queries we had.
We would definitely recommend New Wave Financial Services and definitely will be returning when it’s time to remortgage!!

This is the second time I have used New Wave and they are a wonderful, efficient broker. Debbie is a fountain of knowledge and helped us to obtain the right deal and was always on hand if we needed any advice or guidance throughout the process. I cannot recommend Debbie and New Wave highly enough.

I can't speak highly enough of NewWave. A big shoutout to Kirsty, David and Rachel for making the process simple and stress free. Great communication, clear, and helpful. David got me a mortgage with a lender that my previous broker had previously had a no from. It's a big investment but worth it when you're self employed. To top it off I just got a new home welcome box in the post, a really nice touch. Thanks guys!

Standard mortgage advisor. Nothing special. I thought as much from the first phone call, they spent more time telling me how good they are than anything about a mortgage or bridge. Most mortgage lenders lend to self employed. But don’t charge you nearly £1,500. Be warned these do. It’s not a free service.

Debbie and Chloe were helpful, friendly and professional through the whole process and guided me clearly and calmly through the application. Debbie worked hard to prepare a watertight application and Chloe was super-quick at ensuring approval of my mortgage with the lender. I'd highly recommend them both and glad I chose to work with them. Great service!

I cannot praise their professional approach, friendly down to earth and committed response on my mortgage application, enough. i had a previous bad experience and came to New Wave in a rush and disheartened. I am a mature applicant, ovr 50, and with complex finances as a self employed lawyer. George went through it all and gave me a strategy that could be used in two different ways, for increasing my prospects of a successful outcome. I got offered a mortgage today, for the exact amount I needed and I am overjoyed. The only 5 stars I have given for any service in a few years.

I was unable to get a mortgage through high street lenders due to being a sole director of a limited company and not on PAYE. This was a very detailed process but everything was clearly explained at each step. Nice to communicate with the same people (George and Rachel) throughout who were very patient and professional.
The borrowing requirement goal was achieved.

Debbie sorted the mortgage side and Dan was on hand almost 24/7 (he had to sleep for some of the time… 😂) for all the solicitor questions!

If you’re a company director, multiple businesses, self employed etc - there really is no one better than these guys!

Very helpful and responsive. Found us a mortgage on a difficult property as well as the issues with the self employed income. When the offer fell through on valuation due to the property they found us a replacement. Would highly recommend.

Dylan helped me with my first mortgage and Debbie has looked after my most recent remortgage. Both have been absolutely brilliant and have managed to help me when other brokers and lenders struggled with my circumstances.

Being a company director and self-employed can make mortgages more complicated than they need to be, but New Wave really understand how to deal with company accounts, dividends and different income structures and know which options are actually available.

They’ve helped me massively over the last couple of years and I genuinely don’t see myself using anyone else for mortgages going forward.

We cannot recommend Dan highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions, no matter how many we had.
Both Dan and Rachel’s professionalism didn’t go unnoticed, and we always felt that we were in safe and capable hands. What really impressed us was the speed and efficiency in which everything was handled from beginning to end. Rachel’s prior checking our application before passing on to the lender made a huge difference to the outcome being smooth.
