Iain dealt with my remortgage, it couldn’t have been any smoother. Iain sources the best deal for me, sourced the solicitors which was covered by the cash back and even helped with all the paperwork. I can't recommend these people enough. The fees are very reasonable and the effort that they employed on my behalf was outstanding. A 0.8% pa saving on the interest rate doesn't sound that much but it's actually circa 28% cheaper than my bank offered me.
