Basically, having a Caryl in the mortgage process is like having Google when you’re trying to figure out what the rash on your leg is, except she actually knows what she’s talking about. Excellent service and great communication all the way through the mortgage process. From finding a lender that was suitable for my situation and circumstances and seeing it through to the mortgage offer. My application wasn’t a simple case, but Simon did everything he could to make it happen and he did! Would highly recommend, especially if your case is not as straight forward.
