Poor designed course and usability
Poor designed course and usability, takes too long to do and have to repeat too much. Then get told a week after starting if you don’t complete it within a week the course is getting updated and the long progress will be deleted. Very poor.

Great content. Could be done more effectively
Great content for the test that allows you to pass, hard to understand instructor, when he was asking questions found it difficult, would be easier if he had the questions on the slideshow to allow the participants to read and make sense of question being asked

The presenter did their best but the course content is terrible and not specific to the Gas environment. Its a very low level general H&S course.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that the presenter did their best to deliver the course and support learners throughout the training. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the course content.
We're sorry to hear that you felt the material was too general and didn't provide the level of gas industry-specific content you were expecting. The course is designed to provide a broad foundation in health and safety principles, but we understand that learners from specialist sectors may be looking for more industry-focused examples and applications.
Feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us review and improve our training offering.
Thank you again for your feedback and for giving the course a try.
