Total scammers , order & paid for a didas griesdale sent adidas samba shop is in America customer service Scotland returns to Vietnam. They then tell you to send them back at extortionate postage costs total rip off company DO NOT USE .

Absolutely scammer. Do not recommend!! Ordered huaraches and got some other completely different trainers that look like football shoes. Responds by ignoring what you telling them and they just say keep the shoes and we will refund you 25%😂😂 imagine buying boots and they send you sandals. What kind of business is this?? DO NOT USE IF YOU CAME TO SEE THE REVIEWS FIRST!

I ordered Nike Air Max 90 sneakers from moroen.com and received what appears to be counterfeit goods. Nike customer service officially confirmed that moroen.com is not an authorized Nike retailer. StockX was unable to verify the accompanying verification tag. Instead of resolving the issue, the shop first offered a 25% partial refund, then demanded I return the shoes at my own expense to Vietnam. PayPal decided the case in my favor – full refund of €160.67. Stay away from this shop!

Waited 5 weeks for delivery and finally got a counterfeit pair of Nike’s. Sizing wasn’t right and they smell of glue. I have a genuine pair of what I ordered and was looking for another and these are definitely counterfeit. Have tried to return them for a refund but they are playing silly games now. I’ve just done a chargeback. Save yourself a couple of months of hassle and buy elsewhere!

Brought some trainers from what I thought was a store in the USA. Once I clicked order, it showed the store was in Vietnam. I emailed them to ask if the goods where genuine which they or course said yes. They were fake . Have to send them back which has left me out of pocket. DO NOT USE ! As it is a scam

I ordered four shirts from Moroen on January 24, 2022. After about three weeks with no word, no email confirmation, I contacted them. They got back to me right away and told me they had 2 of my 4 items. Did I want them to ship only the two? I told them to wait on the other two. More back and forth, as I questioned the status of my order, each time receiving an answer within 24 hours. Then they told me my things had shipped. I never received tracking info. But, today, March 14th, via the US mail, I received my things! All four of them and they are exactly as they should be. So, for me, definitely not a scam. I am so relieved!

The ad I responded to said the garments were made in Greenwood, IN USA, which is false. Company is in China and products are made there. I found the 2XL and 3XL sizing to be 2-3 sizes too small based on US sizing. It took 36 days for me to receive my order. I have requested a refund and instructions for returning the entire order. I will see how good their customer service is.

3/13/2022 Update: Moroen.com site says “Free returns within 30 days.” This is false! I have followed instructions for Returns, which say to request a return through their Customer Care. I have done so four times so far and sent photos as they requested. Today is the 9th day since I received my $207 order. They are refusing my return and have offered me $18… then $60… and today $70… to compensate for the inconvenience. Be forewarned if you choose to order from this company.

Loved all 3 shirts. They do run a little big. I usually wear a medium. Next time I"ll order small. LOVE the black sweater. Great quality and so soft. I'm 5'5 128. 35 C chest

Easy shopping. Just be patient for delivery which takes 3-5 weeks. My top was exactly like the picture and fits perfectly. True to size and did not shrink due to washing and drying.

I placed an order but one item was out of stock, I guess and received a prompt refund. One of the tops I received was not as pictured, a little disappointing, but is was easier to keep than return! Overall, would purchase from you again, will just pay more attention to the details!

The sweater is fine but it took 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered 2 sweaters, was charged for both sweaters, the shipping details said I was receiving both sweaters but I only received 1 sweater… I still haven’t received my second sweater and even after emailing them I have not heard back from anyone about my missing shirt!
