We did a 17-day tour with Morocco tours, and it was absolutely fabulous. We expected the beautiful architecture, fascinating markets, desert vastness, rich history, and exposure to Islamic culture. What we did not expect was the warmth and friendliness of the local population wherever we went, the existence of the thriving indigenous Berber population, and the sincere acceptance and brotherhood of people with diverse ethnicities and backgrounds both living withing Morocco and visiting from around the world. The entire experience was profound.

Our driver Karim was one of the great highlights of the trip. Getting to know him over the 17-days gave us valuable insights into Moroccan culture and exposed us to a wonderful human being who we now count among our friends. He is warm, polite, full of information, always helpful, and quite funny. As a driver, he knew the ins and out of exactly where to go and when to go, and with him, we did not waste valuable time worrying about logistics. Instead, we were able to 100% focus on the experience. Everyone should be so lucky to have Karim as their driver.

The overall experience with Morocco tours was wonderful. Everything they recommended turned out to be exactly right for us, and there is not one thing we opted to do that we regret. Before the trip, they provided all of the information we needed to travel well, without us needing to ask for it. During the trip, our driver, Karim, made sure everything went well for us. We were provided with top-tier guides for our various tours, and the accommodations were stellar. When we wanted to make a last minute addition to our itinerary, the office was readily available to help.

We would recommend Morocco Tours to anyone interested in Morocco travel. We cannot imagine how our experience could have been better.

Only had 2 days in the desert during our planned rock hounding trip but my god was these the best two days of the trip. Youseff and all the staff were absolutely incredible and so welcoming to us all and made us feel super welcome 🙏

Our guide (Youssef) met us promptly upon our arrival in Casablanca with a very comfortable van. For the ensuing 8 days, he passionately introduced us to his native land, and explained all of the historical sociopolitical events that have shaped modern day Morocco. We absolutely loved every minute of his detailed analyses of the various kingdoms, and how Arabs, Romans, and other peoples came to settle in this region of North Africa.
He was very kind when we suggested alternate itineraries on a few days. As much we enjoyed his clear love of architecture, we preferred the Rabat zoo and the opportunity to see the rare Atlas Lion. He also was very happy to wander the Medinas of Fez and Marrakesh for hours, but we would rather see some less crowded places. He politely listened to our input and was able to help us find alternative sites at times.
Our early morning balloon ride was fabulous! The people running it were prompt and efficient, and clearly communicated everything we needed to know to have such a grand adventure.
Youssef knew all the good food places, and when we asked about certain foodstuffs, he was able to locate what we were looking for quickly. We sincerely enjoyed all of the different foods that were offered, and will always remember that great chicken in Meknes. YUM!!

We went on a wonderful 2 week tour of Morocco the first two weeks of Feb 2026 with the excellent guide Hamid Neheri. From beginning to end the trip was great - we enjoyed Chefchaouen in its long-awaited rain, the incredible Medina of Fez and its stunning Riad Myra, spent the night on the glorious sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi and went on a unforgettable camel ride, enjoyed the lovely oasis at Skoura, visited the medina of Marrakech, and the beautiful ocean of Essouira. Along the way we were able to see the excellent artisans of Morocco at work - tile, tuya, weaving, leather, metal, etc. At every point Hamid and Morocco Tours made everything go perfectly smoothly. Highly recommended.

We booked a trip with moroccotours.org for our Christmas holiday and I quite enjoyed the trip. Our driver is very knowledgeable and professional. Our accommodation and service quality matched with our expectations for a luxury travel.

We had no idea what we were to experience. We thought it would just be a vacation.
Instead it went way beyond expectations. From the staff, like Brian, Bethany, Amy answering all my questions, to our driver, the exceptional Youssef, who was so generous with his stories and knowledge, to the guides in various destinations. Morocco Tours outstanding knowledge of the Riads added an extra bonus of beauty and serenity. I've learned Morocco Tours also conducts tours in Kenya and Oman, I'm looking!

We’re so pleased that we decided to book a private tour with Morocco Tours. Everything was amazing from the first contact enquiry to the last day when we had to sadly say goodbye. Yes, of course you will pay more for the experience however when we saw those overcrowded buses racing through the mountains to get there and back quickly, we knew it was worth every cent.
Accommodation choices were superb including the beautiful riads. Totally recommend to anyone.

We booked a 2 week driving tour through Morocco with a driver and local guides. Morocco Tours was very professional and helpful from the first informational phone call to finalizing the trip. All our arrangements came off as planned.

Every hotel and riad were at least as good as expected, and often better. We especially enjoyed L’ma Lodge in Skoura and Riad Myra in Fez.
Our driver was always punctual, friendly, and informative, and the local guides were very high caliber.

Morocco Tours listened to our preferences of where we wanted to go and made great suggestions for additional stops or tours. Being a geologist, I especially enjoyed Efroud and the fossil displays. The only thing I would have added is an actual visit to the field or a quarry to see some fossils in place. The glamping in the desert is not to be missed.

Never having been to Morocco before, we were both a little vague about when and how much to tip. The guidelines provided were somewhat helpful, but I still felt I often over- or under- tipped. I wish we had gotten more specific guidelines or had most of the tipping included in the tour price with the option of giving more if warranted.

Our Morocco trip arranged by Morocco Tours was wonderful. Our driver, Kamal, was great and took really good care of us. He even surprised me on my birthday with a cake. The tour guides in Fez and Marrakech were also great. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely use Morocco Tours again.

Ours was a special three generation ladies trip and Morocco Tours made it extra special! The company was easy to work with and attentive to all our requests and needs. For us a private tour with a guide was the best way to see this beautiful, amazing country. Our driver, Zik, was exceptional. He treated us like family. He was focused on providing us with a trip of a lifetime! Unfortunately we only had nine nights and so we were on a fast track. I would highly recommend two weeks! Our 2 week adventure in Morroco was the absolute best. Morroco Tours did an amazing job of planning our tour. Our driver Rachid was excellent. Feel so fortunate to have hîm with us. My friend and I just returned from an 11-day tour of Morocco that we booked with Morocco Tours.  Brian of Morocco Tours responded immediately to our initial inquiry into a trip to Morocco. We were impressed from the very beginning with the company's services. We were so impressed, and after reading such positive reviews of this company, we looked no further.  Brian explained in detail the different tours offered, and answered our questions promptly and clearly. Brittany in the administrative office did a wonderful job in covering every last detail of our tour.

We opted for a private tour with our own driver and guides, and are so happy that we did. We were told that one’s driver is the glue that holds a tour together, and our driver, Majid Baraka did an extraordinary job doing just that. His warm demeanor, exceptional knowledge of the country, and excellent driving skills were invaluable to the success of our tour. Majid ensured our safety at all times and looked after even the smallest details during our travels, allowing us to focus on nothing but taking in the fascinating sights. 

We enjoyed every city and town on our itinerary, but stand-out moments for us were places we visited that were not on the itinerary, places Majid thought we might find interesting. One was a visit with a family of nomads whom he knew. We just dropped in, but the family matriarch welcomed us into their tent with mint tea and nuts, giving us the opportunity to witness how this family of goat farmers worked and lived. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  Likewise, and also off the beaten path, was a visit to an olive oil farm that was part of a local cooperative. This family was equally welcoming, and insisted that we sample their olive oil (not for sale to the general public), dipped in the best bread we tasted while in Morocco. A camel ride into the Sahara and an overnight stay in a beautifully appointed tent were special moments, as well. 

We would add that we opted for the 5-star accommodations, and were just knocked out by the beauty and services of those riads, hotels, and restaurants. Our thanks to Morocco Tours and Majid Baraka for a most memorable trip.

Our trip to Morocco was AWESOME! We traveled in mid-tune to end of June and the weather was getting a bit hot but we were comfortable throughout the journey. From beginning to end we were taken care of and never worried a bit. I must mention our driver and tour guide Hamid who was just exceptional. If you go to Morocco with this company request Hamid! He was so knowledgeable and kind, showed us how and what to do, always found us clean toilets :) and explained the customs. Our daughter has learning disabilities and he was SO KIND to her - they became good friends, The last thing Hamid said on our departure was - be sure to take good care of your daughter! All of the riads were great and we especially loved our trip to Chefchaouen - well we loved everything. A big thank you to your team - we were fortunate to meet Jill in Fez to learn more about the company. Bethan/Brian provided us with details of trip well in advance for our study. Thanks for making this a trip of a lifetime for us - we are 75 and 79 years old, daughter 43 and everyone kept up with the pace easily. We have travelled the world and this is by far the best tour we have taken.

This was an excellent trip in all aspects. We spent two weeks in Morocco with a wonderful driver, Ashraf. The lodgings, restaurants and itineraries were perfect. Morocco Tours worked with us to fine tune our preferences, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Loved it!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Morocco with Morocco Tours. We can’t recommend it highly enough. Our driver/guide, Rashid, was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to be with, considerate, flexible and all around great. Everything was planned out to the last detail. Our riads were spectacular, as were the few restaurants we ate at when dinner was not at the riad. Our guide knew Fez intimately but also was really informative when we were on the road, driving through the mountains to Merzouga, Erfoud, to the Sahara then to Todra Gorge, Skoura, Ait Benhaddou, and ultimately to Marrakesh. It was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we have traveled a lot. We are 71 and 77 years old and felt very comfortable with the pace. I’m telling all of our friends that they have to do this tour and to ask for Rashid to be their guide.

We’ve just returned from an amazing tour of Morocco! I booked thru Morocco Tours and they were extremely helpful in arranging our tour around a Lions Club Mission Trip that we participated in. Dropping us off to meet up with the mission team and then picking us up to resume our tour after the mission trip. It was flawless.
5 stars to our guides, riads, hotels, restaurants- they were all top notch.
7 stars to our driver, Mehdi! He was with us for 17 days and made the entire adventure a lot of fun. By the end of the trip, he was practically family. He was always prompt, helped me get our laundry done several times, picked fantastic guides and restaurants and shared about his Moroccan culture. I learned so much from him. We always felt safe and taken care of with Mehdi. He even checked that we made it home safely.
Morocco has amazing sites, history, food and people - if you’re considering a visit, you should definitely do it!

I usually do my own planning for our trips, and after visiting more than 36 countries, some multiple times, I think I have gained some experience. This time however I wanted to give a try to a tour company. One can imagine how picky I may be in deciding after all the experiences, I reviewed many company sites and finally what attracted me the most to Moroccotours.org was a perfect combination of a US based administration and onsite local management. When one sees the result meets one’s expectations it should be satisfying, but when the experience becomes above and beyond expectation and even imagination, that is astounding. From the moment of online contact to plan the trip till the end of the tour our experience was nothing but smooth ride. The group tailors the agenda to your interests, needs and expectations, answers all questions, finalizes the trip details and makes the reservations easy. Our driver, Majid, was so experienced that in a couple of hours could tell our interests, character and likes and dislikes. He was there at every moment of the trip to help above and beyond his duties. The people of Morocco are very friendly and hospitable, the food is delicious, and the sites are incredibly interesting. I was amazed at the cleanliness of all hotels and Riads, as well as the streets that we went through. The night in the Sahara Desert was a highlight, but every moment of the trip had a unique interesting touch. Going from a snow-covered mountain to a dry desert in a couple of hours is an experience by itself. My advice is not to keep the tip you want to give till the end, divide it in days and you can still give a larger amount in the end. But at least the driver and guides will know you understand the culture of tipping. The company has a good guide on tipping etiquette. Also, never say no to any of the sites when you are asked if you would like to visit, they are all good. If you enjoy your trip a fraction of how much we enjoyed ours, you are a winner.
