I visited the Earth Store in the DR Taino Bay port.
Very sweet to you but lie to your face and fraudently charged my card $6500 and $300. I agreed to purchase $300 eye cream but the sales person said let Jeremy demonstrate more before you leave. I shared several times with both Jeremy and the other sales person that I could not read the fine print or even read the packages of products due to recent eye surgery. Sadly I was being polite to Jeremy's request to demonstrate the product and the $5K infrared tool. I stayed 15 minutes and then declining sale I went to pick up my $300 purchase. They said you need to sign for your package. I again repeated I cannot read after my recent eye surgery - what am I signing? No mention of final sale. No mention of $6500 purchase.
When I got back at ship I saw the 2 reciepts $6500!!! I immediately went back to them and they said sorry no returns. I didn't have the products or tool. I said cancel the fraudulant transaction. Said to call customer service and they would make it right. NOPE.
Their solution was to remove the $300 charge
I called my credit card company within an hour of the charge and registered a complaint. They are helping me fight this. Morena Mia Beauty has offered a $975 discount but I refuse to accept an offer on a product I did not want, had not agreed to purchase and do not even have. Hopefully there is someone decent in this company. What kind of company wants such a bad reputation if they are reputable. My receipt says Morena Mia USA. Is there no protection??

Complete SCAM! Do not fall for their deceitful sales tactics or false claims about their products.

Sold as FDA Approved device created by NASA. This is not true. Red Light Therapy has been worked on by NASA but not this machine. Although our salesperson sold it to us that it would help my husband's pain and reduce the amount of prescription medication he would need to take.

High pressure sales also. Told there was a 100% money back guarantee within 90 days. The receipt has a no return/no refund policy written in the middle a lot of small print in both English and Spanish. Never discussed a payment plan and a receipt they had me sign "to show I received the products" I was taking with me" had a blub about future payments due.

I was lied to by Morena Mia Natural Beauty TB in violation of the Puerto Rico consumer’s law DACO where the product was sold. They willfully MISREPRESENT this device with false and misleading claims both in advertising, online videos and in person demonstration’s. They tell you this device was developed for them by NASA and that it has a solid gold applicator tip designed to work their magic creams deep into the layers of your skin. They lie about their products abilities and make you believe if you buy their expensive face creams (which are not even safety wrapped or sealed) and overpriced handheld device you’ll never need a facelift.

After leaving the store I discovered the TRUTH and attempted to return all items but was denied a refund even though the products were unused. I reviewed the Patents for this device and they lied about the extent of the patent approval simply to mislead and make a sell which is in clear violation of the PR Consumer Protection Act and the patent approval for this device. This device is not FDA-approved as they claim, it is only FDA cleared! FDA-cleared does not mean FDA-approved and marketing it as such is considered misbranding under FDA rules. Additionally, they lie and tell you this device was designed for “full skin rejuvenation, elasticity improvement and anti-aging treatments” both in advertising and in online videos and in person instructions and demonstrations. This is also a lie because the patent for this device was only approved for the “treatment of peri orbital wrinkles (crows feet) and NOTHING ELSE! When you buy the product they UNKNOWINGLY have you sign a nonrefundable form hidden in tiny print on your credit card receipt while you sign they talked to you to avoid you looking carefully. Then when you discover their deception they find every excuse in the book to not allow you to return these products which were sold under false pretense and they hide behind their nonrefundable trick thus entrapping your money. This deception and in clear violation of the PR Protection Act and the FTC patent for which the device was approved. Also the will sell products which differ from the one purchase or demonstrated. It is 100% a scam.

They scammed me for over 1,000. Be very careful with this company.

Complete Scam – High-Pressure Fraud at Cancun Airport – Avoid Morena Mia Beauty Group / Royal Bee / VIP Cosmetics at All Costs!

I was scammed out of nearly $30,000 by Morena Mia Beauty Group (operating as Royal Bee / VIP Cosmetics) at a kiosk in Cancun International Airport on October 13, 2025. A salesperson named Louis (falsely presented as a “Dr.”) used extreme high-pressure tactics, isolation, and outright lies to push me into buying their overpriced "Atlas" red light therapy device and D’OR 24K products.
They claimed the device was medical-grade, NASA-engineered for muscle recovery, bone density improvement, full skin rejuvenation, elasticity, and anti-aging – none of which is true. The products are generic junk worth a fraction of the price. I was promised 0% financing over 10 months, no taxes, and easy tax refunds – all blatant lies. The actual Shalem financing contract slapped on 10% APR, hidden taxes, and a non-refundable clause that was never disclosed. I was rushed into signing on a mobile device without time to read terms or review the full amounts – no receipts or contract copy provided upfront.
The total hit was $13,857.35 upfront (charged to my JetBlue Mastercard via Barclays), plus a financed balance of $15,793.45 (grand total ~$29,650.80). When I tried to dispute and get refunds, Morena Mia delayed, offered partial "compensation" that never materialized, and ignored my emails/WhatsApp. Barclays denied chargebacks despite evidence, and Shalem ghosted me, forcing me to cancel my entire credit card to stop monthly charges on the fraudulent balance.
This ruined my credit with inaccurate derogatory marks, late payments, and collections tied to this scam debt. I've disputed with Equifax (and plan for the other bureaus), filed with FTC/PROFECO, and joined victim groups – there are hundreds of identical complaints on Reddit, TripAdvisor, Facebook (e.g., Dead Sea Spa / Morena Mia Scam Victims), and elsewhere from 2024–2025.
Echoing another victim's experience: I looked into the patents for this "Atlas" device – they lied massively. It's only patented for treating peri-orbital wrinkles (crow's feet) and NOTHING ELSE. No approval for muscle/bone benefits, anti-aging, or deep penetration claims. They misrepresent it as FDA-approved (it's only cleared, which means almost nothing for efficacy/safety in this context), and the power output (joules per square centimeter) is pathetic – basically a glorified flashlight/toy with no real therapeutic value. This is clear patent fraud and false advertising under consumer protection laws.
These are predatory scammers targeting tourists with worthless products and trap financing. Do NOT enter their kiosks – walk away immediately. If you've been hit, dispute everything, report widely (FTC, BBB, state AG, etc.), connect with other victims, and don't give up. They monitor negative reviews closely and may offer refunds to get them removed – but public pressure works.
