Was with More Phone + NBN plan for months. Changed my apartment. MORE asked for $300 NBN connection fee. Confirmed with the new agent that previous tenant had paid for NBN installation (which is one time only per property). With alot of back and forth, finally got the invoice to give to MORE and they are still asking me to pay for the $300 NBN installation they never did. They have now turned off my sim (cant use any other provider because MORE has blocked it off) which I have paid for until next month and refused to give the balance back. That also means, I don't get access to my bank, mygov portal and literally any place that sends a code. ARE YOUR FU*KING KIDDING ME !!

Been through same cycles of technical support. Line is dead and they dont have a clue. I will be telling commbank as well as getting my money back. When you move you don't need this hassle as well.

The worst provider I ever had to this date. Every few minutes their network goes down. I have to wait just to load a website.

CUstomer service avergage, prices and speed great
Customer service are generally good- I've been billed twice while swapping over services. This seems straightforward enough; if I change data plans for my iPhone I never get charged the old and new rates combined, but it happened here. It WAS fixed the next month, it's just not great to be down $100*2 and then have that money they took without permission provided as credit.
All things aside though, with he 30% CBA discount this is fast and worth it for $70 monthly at 100/20 NBN
Terrible Customer Service and a Ringotel App that doesn’t work!!!
I’m a business customer and have to say the customer service from more is terrible ! I contacted them over 1 week ago about my plan rate which had gone up substantially after my intro 12 month rate ended. I was advised to do that at sign up. ‘’Customer service will contact you within 24 hrs’’. Nothing 1 week later. 2 weeks ago I raised a formal complaint through their complaints process due to ongoing struggles with their Ringotel app not working and constantly dropping out. Prior to that having called 8 times and spent hrs on the phone with them trying to fix it. They promise to contact you in 3 business days but nothing!! Our business is hurting by having our phones with More. My experience with their tech support is ok but i think they may have customer service based in AU which when you get referred to them are unresponsive. They moved from the Call app to Ringotel and it’s been a disaster! Very poorly managed transition and then on top of that to a Ringotel app that has so many bugs you can’t reliably use it to run a business. My advice is stay well away from More.

A family member switched from Telstra a month ago; still cannot make or receive calls; internet ok.
Several unsuccessful attempts with More customer service; their consultants have blamed everything from Telstra (number is already switched over) to technical issues with towers (this is Sydney and phone doesnt work anywhere !!)
So I am hoping they see this and contact me as I will be contacting Telecommunications Ombudsman next.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Requested for NBN services from them for the last week of October and has been left without Wi-Fi for 2 weeks now. No updates, no solutions offered from customer service except apologies and advice to wait another 48 hours. Terrible service provider. Has been calling them 2-3 times every day for 2 weeks, just to waste half an hour every time waiting on hold and receiving same advice to wait longer. No service still. Deeply regret opting their service, stay away if you can.
Before you change your mobile plan to this company, you should know what company they are!!!
I changed my mobile plan with the Commbank Yello offer, after using them for two months, price was increased. I still used them until the offer was over.
Then I was transferred my mobile plan to a new provider before the more mobile plan got finished, but their website told me that no need to cancel plans until you transfer your plan, so I kept my service plan until they got ready to transfer, and then their service transfer was delayed until next morning.
Few days after they sent an email to told me to bill the next whole month of plan whatever I never use their services, that’s crazy!
I try to contact them about the issue, but, reply, it’s not their problem, so I need to pay them.
Don’t think about they are supported by Commbank and you will get a bad experience.
Be careful what you are told
Nothing wrong with the technical side of their service but when I changed my plan to start using them, with the Commbank Yello offer, I was told verbally and then by message that they would cancel my existing service with my current provider and was told specifically not to do so as it could interfere with the changeover. I later received a confirmation message from them that my new service was active and that they had cancelled my existing service.
I was then charged by my old provider in full the following month and when I contacted them, they had no record of any cancellation request from anyone so effectively I paid for the same service form 2 different providers.
When I asked More about this, the attitude was, effectively, it was my problem and not theirs and I should try to get a refund etc. from my old provider. They would not even acknowledge that a mistake had been made.
I did contact my old provider who then gave me a better deal than More was offering so I simply cancelled with More - didn't seem to bother them at all.

I would never use this scamming line ever again and suggest all not to either. I changed over from them but even to though it’s technically prepaid but en ur data finishes it makes u postpaid and u cannot change the plan before finish of month or anything even though u r ready to pay upfront. Their network is rubbish went to Grampians and half the time they have no network at all so is the highway from Adelaide to Melbourne. Then I bought 3GB data for 12+ dollars for a day when my plan kicks back on 23 and today is 22but I cannot gift to my wife from there just for a day we have to buy data for both the phone which is $25. scammers

They were advertising a phone plan…
They were advertising a phone plan which was rubstantially cheaper than my long-term provider so I made the switch. 7 months in to using more.com.au and they doubled the price of my new plan. Of course they send me an email notifying me from a do not reply email address saying I could be happy about it because I got an extra gigabyte data they didn't even offer me alternatives so now I'm looking for alternatives.
I have their NBN services as well and I'll see how they go.
