Ordered book cups for my wife's Birthday. Took over a month for delivery. When cups did show up they were plastic from China! Junk!
We requested to return product for refund, questioned why, answered not happy with quality. Then radio silence!
We do not recommend any purchase from this store.

Total Asian Pop-up online store scam - NOT CANADIAN AND NO REFUNDS AND AWFUL PRODUCTS NOT MATCHING THE PHOTO OR DESCRIPTION AND QUALITY IS PISS POOR. They refused to offer a refund except 10% for a jacket that looked nothing like the photo and has terrible quality. Then they tell me they aren't based out of Vancouver, despite the website saying so. Then ignored my request for a full refund. 100% scam website.

You know those pictures that make you think, “Wow, this will look amazing on my bookshelf!”? Yeah, that’s what I thought too. What I got instead looks like someone started making a mug, got bored halfway through, and said, “Eh, good enough.”

The cup that arrived is nothing like the photos; the “book stack” design looks more like melted cardboard, the paint job is tragic, and holding it feels like shaking hands with a porcupine. But the worst part? The rim is so sharp I could use it to slice cheese. Forget drinking out of it.. I’m scared to get near it!

For over $40, I expected something charming, not a medieval torture device disguised as a mug. I want my money back and I’m not paying another cent for return shipping. Seriously, I’ve seen sturdier, prettier mugs in a dollar store.

Save your money. Save your lips. Do not buy this cup!

Absolutely terrible quality! The mugs look nothing like the photos — cheap, uneven, and downright ugly. I can’t believe these cost $40 each. What a complete disappointment! I was expecting something beautiful and well-made, but what I got looks like a bad factory reject. I’m frustrated, upset, and honestly feel cheated. Never ordering from this place again!

Absolutely not what was shown on their website. The products I received were incredibly cheap and terrible quality. An absolute waste of money. Their website is nothing but a "front" for some Chineese factory. The items tooks a very long time to arrive and were shipped from China. Save your money and avoid this crap.

Same as the previous reviews. It looked like you were ordering from an established Vancouver, BC store. There is no Vancouver store at all.
The mugs were not near the quality that is shown in the pictures. I also ordered a "cardigan". What arrived was a very thin wrap made with inferior material. It had a conspicuous white lining, and the colours and pattern were not as nice as those shown in the picture.
Grossly overpriced. I can not use the stuff for the Christmas Presents that it was intended for.

Claimed to be from Canada, but it was not. It came from China and was very poor quality. It was garbage and I won’t get a refund when the return is China. It is a SCAM!

SCAM ALERT. Mugs I ordered were garbage. Return was to China. We'll see if I even get my 30% refund after refusing that option. Not holding my breath.

Still have not received my whopping 30% refund for my crappy product. Emails aren't being replied to. Trustpilot should allow you to add pictures to your review so we can share the garbage this place sells.
Also funny how there's 10 1-star reviews on here, but TP adds stars so it doesn't seem as bad for the vendor nd they end up with 2.1. About 2.1 stars too high.

Company based in China, not Vancouver. Shipping took a long time. Product that came does not look like the picture. Would have been better if they didn’t even paint the glass mug because it is missing chunks of paint and the colours they chose look nothing like the beautiful stained glass appearance in the picture.

COMPLETE SCAM! What an embarrassment as a Canadian! Worst online buying experience ever and now I have to ship these fake products back to CHINA, NOT VANCOUVER! at my own expense or keep them and only get back 30% of all the money I wasted when I don’t even want them because looking at them makes me furious about falling for this! How is this not illegal??

Product delivered was a crude facsimile of the marketing image. Glass mug had sharp edges and looked like it had been painted by a young child. Premium price charged for a dollar store product. Total scam. Lesson learned.

I thought I was buying local, from an established company whose owner was retiring, but this company is a scam with poor quality products. I bought what I thought were cute gifts - 3 mugs, a pair of earrings, and a cat lamp. They took 3 weeks to arrive, and I am embarrassed to give the mugs and earrings as gifts, as they are so cheaply made. I have not received the cat lamp yet, so who knows if that will ever show up.

Everything is wrong about this website. It's a scam and a fraud. It's a Chinese company lying about being a company from Vancouver, lying about a lady retiring, lying about their products.
I ordered a man's top with elbow pads and a deer emblem. I got a 100% polyester piece of crap with no elbow pads and a deer stamped onto the item. Awful awful awful. Made in China. From China. Lying about being Canadian.

The mugs are cheap looking thought I was buying from my own country but found out it was coming from china got 2 out of 4 mugs so far not impressed with the whole experience so far it took 2 weeks to get here instead of 6 business days, they are smaller then they were supposed to be the whole experience was terrible if I could give them no stars I would. Not only are they lying about based out of of Vancouver they give out cheap stuff it says microwave and dish water safe one of the mugs has a metal insert how is that microwave safe.Still waiting for the other 2 mugs that have not arrived, and they are saying no refunds on discounted items which is the worst as I was totally lied to.

The website is lying about their reviews and they are not in Vancouver they are located in China. Nothing on the website is true.

I ordered what looked like high quality glass mugs from Moose Pine, a company that leads you to believe they are located in Vancouver. The order came from China and the mugs are cheap junk. Lesson learned don't order on a Facebook ad even if you check the company web page.
