Moorland Tree Care is a family-run tree surgery and arboricultural services company based near Exeter on the beautiful edge of Dartmoor, proudly serving customers across Devon. Our business is built on extensive international experience, genuine care for our customers, and a commitment to bringing world-class standards to every project we undertake. What sets us apart is our unique combination of global expertise and local knowledge. Our team brings years of experience gained across diverse environments, from working in prestigious botanical gardens to tackling some of the world's most challenging tree projects. This international background, including extensive work across New Zealand and Australia, means we've learned from world-leading arboricultural companies and mastered cutting-edge techniques and safety practices that we now bring to Devon. Our comprehensive range of services covers all aspects of professional tree care and arboriculture including expert tree removal, specialist pruning (crown reduction, lifting, thinning, and pollarding), emergency 24/7 callouts for storm-damaged trees, stump grinding and removal, and site clearance services. Our arboricultural expertise includes tree inspections to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs, habitat creation with native plantings for wildlife corridors, engineered support systems including props and cable bracing for valuable mature trees, guidance on Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and Conservation Area compliance, and professional tree planting with comprehensive aftercare programs. Our garden care services include selective garden clearance using botanical expertise to preserve valuable plants while removing invasive species, professional hedge cutting using expert timing and techniques to promote plant health, and fencing installation including boundary work and storm damage replacement. We also serve commercial clients including businesses, councils, schools, hospitals, development sites, and utility companies with reliable, fully insured services. Many customers also rely on us for quality products including kiln-dried seasoned firewood and premium wood chip mulch produced sustainably from our own tree work. At Moorland Tree Care, we believe tree work should be done with care – care for the trees, care for our customers, and care for our team. Our mission is to deliver exceptional results while making the process stress-free and straightforward for you. We understand that trees are valuable assets that require specialist knowledge to maintain safely and effectively, which is why we invest in ongoing training and use the latest industry-approved techniques. As a Devon-based business, we're deeply connected to our local community and understand the unique challenges of tree care in our county's diverse landscapes. Our approach is always honest and transparent – we provide detailed explanations of recommended work and offer free, no-obligation quotes. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our customers, many of whom trust us with their ongoing tree care needs. Our customers consistently appreciate working with tree surgeons who listen, explain things clearly, and treat their property with respect. We're friendly and approachable while maintaining the highest professional standards. When we say we cut trees, not corners, we mean it – every job is meticulously planned with safety as the top priority, and our efficient work practices ensure minimum disruption with maximum results. Sustainability is integral to everything we do. We're not just about tree removal; we're passionate about creating habitat and promoting responsible tree management practices. We recycle all our waste as mulch, firewood, or timber wherever possible, ensuring nothing goes to waste and contributing to a more sustainable approach to tree care. Whether you need urgent storm damage clearance, routine tree maintenance, or specialist arboricultural advice, our experienced team is here to help. We serve residential customers, commercial properties, estates, and local authorities throughout Devon, bringing the same professional standards and international best practices to every job regardless of size. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at Moorland Tree Care. From the initial consultation through to project completion, we ensure clear communication, quality workmanship, and service that exceeds expectations, giving you complete peace of mind when it comes to your trees and property.Mehr ansehen
