I would like to thank Doris & Josh for all of their patience and help throughout the process of me getting my car finance! All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally and I cannot fault their customer service at all! They have been brilliant! Both Doris & Josh were always available and if they weren't they got back to be very quickly! They always went the extra mile in order to make me feel comfortable and understand the process of what was happening as this is the first finance position I have been in!

Awful experience.
Started an application in October, was ignored on several occasions. I had to chase constantly only to be told a bank of excuses. Eventually got hold of the MD who was also full of the same absent excuses.
Sent all the info required and after 10 days of me intensively pushing for answer finally got an outcome on Friday 18th January. 10 weeks & far too much time spent with this company. Would highly recommend that you go elsewhere if you want good customer service & a personalised service .

Handle with extreme caution!

Abysmal service. Agent by the name of Elliot Tufnail took a month to get anywhere with arranging my finance. Quite embarrasing when i had to get in contact each week for a follow up and even more cringe worthy when he couldnt remember who i was even though i had been in regular and frequent contact. This guy literally has zero customer service/communication skills and quite frankly is a poor refelction on what seems to be a fairly well reveiwed company. Cherry on the cake was offering me a 61%apr loan of £3,000 over 60 months and advising me not to mention my business activities to the lender. Not once was i asked to review my business and more shockingly not once was i asked about any owned assets etc. On the outset this company look like complete rogues and would happily scalp you if dandruff had a going rate! Take care and read everything!!!
