This is just for starters moonstone rentals have been an absolute real nightmare they seriously do need a massive helping hand to get off there high horses disgusting stinking customer service the company will not like this however I am only telling the truth which isn't against the law in any form however they still had the cheek to try and take a lot more money out of my bank account on purpose they've harassed me left right and centre my agreement has been terminated decision of moonstone rentals not mine but I really couldn't care less there behaviour stinks alongside the customer service you really do need to pick up on this and start improving immediately because not many more customers will come running asking for help on taking agreements out for rented products just give over all you ever are is pure snakes and scandalous how dare you thank you

So far so good, I've not received a response to my question about the courier but other then that really easy website to use

Brilliant place and company to rent from plus they consider all types of credit I recommend that moonstone rental to anyone I hope more people turn to moonstone for renting as it's prices are so low you can rent on pay weekly or fortnightly cheapest place to rent we'll done moonstone rentals

Can't believe how quickly and easy it is. Wasn't sure whether I'd be accepted with an average credit score, but I was accepted very quickly and my new 55" tv was sent out next day delivery, I chose to take an 18month rental at a very reasonable price, would definitely use again and recommend 👍

Great fast service.. couldn't get a phone anywhere due to average credit rating. So applied threw this company on the Monday and had a new phone by Thursday. Couldn't ask for anything more great customer service very helpful via email can't fault moonstone rentals thank you.

Don't buy anything or order anything from moonstone I ordered a tablet Nokia they wanted from me proof of how much money and benefits i get how dare they when they already got prove my photo and name rubbish company hope u don't get any business
