I asked for it to be delivered on the 12th and it was delivered on the 9th! I would have expected a business that relied on the post to have more of a clue how it worked.

I am rating this lower on value for money because it arrived a day late. It may not be moonpig's fault but I was reliant on them getting the card there on time, and it took five days.

Two days late. Made me look like a fool. Unacceptable. Won't use your service again.

It never arrived and after chasing I was told it could be sent too late for the birthday or a credit added to my account in the hope that the next time I need to order something may turn up.
