It’s not the card that was faulty or not up to scratch. It’s the fact that Moonpig ask you for a ‘not before’ delivery date and deliver it before the date! If you can’t do it, do not offer it!!
It made my grown up son laugh best reference I can give as he is a bit down at present Cannot add videos etc as card was sent directly to him
