I ordered 5 cards, paid for them and they were delivered fine as usual - however revived a second package with two of the cards sent again by mistake, which I did not order. Payment was taken for these cards and I got an unsatisfactory response saying they were sent in error, and no money was taken - but it was and the money has been taken from my bank account. I followed this up asking for my money back but frustratingly still have no response. I have been a loyal customer with Moonpig for many years, but will now never use them again.
